BTW, for YEARS..players tried to injure Ray Allen by stepping under his jumper, and HE ADJUSTED.

How? He did it right back to ALL OF THEM. Part of a reason I like Ray Allen, and he has so much respect around the league. I DOUBT that Lebron did that to Granger, but I hope he did.

I can already tell what's going to happen Thursday.Heat will be up big, Pacers know their season is over, they know the Heat will still have important games left, so they will bait someone into a big fight. If not In game 6, then game 7.

I would watch out for Granger.

Good post. I will say hockey is still a tough guy sport at least in the playoffs. All you have to do is watch the rangers - devils series. As for the heat, good for them. About time they showed some fight. Unfortunately for them they were to obvious about it lol and will probably lose haslem for a couple of games

Right don't get me wrong, when the playoffs happen it goes to the old style of hockey, but the recent rule changes made hockey transition to more scoring, and away from the physicality....

I agree- you talk ****, you gotta be prepared to get hit. Stephenson is a fool if he didn't think there would be some sort of retaliation against him. I don't blame Pittman for what he did; he brought this upon himself by acting like an idiot.

That being said, Pitt's elbow was extremely dangerous and could have seriously injured Lance in a long-term sense. I understand what he did for the team- I just thought it was a dirty play that was also inevitable in all honesty; it was bound to happen at some point.

Also Indiana should no better than to go after star players. Miami isn't soft. They got what they deserved as much as I hate it. Any team would have retaliated against the **** they've been pulling this series.

As a Magic fan, I have no problem with what Pittman did. Basketballs version of hockey enforcers sticking up for their stars. Job well done IMO.

It is sad though because I like Hibberts game and think Paul George would be good too, but because of the players they play with I despise them all. Maybe we can trade for Hibbert in the offseason so I don't end up hating him :D

Section, off topic...is your sig yellow on purpose? It looks like it was soaked in pee. If it is, carry on, if not I can try to color correct it.

LeBron James receives the most votes in league for All-defensive team.

Probably because of the white on white. It makes the players jerseys stand out better when they tint the other whites.

The Fedex guy keeps leaving my packages at my door, and on rainy days, they sometimes get wet.

Today, when he comes by, I am hitting him with an elbow to the throat to send a message.

The way he did it was a little too blatant! Stevenson was going for a rebound and would have had it. That's when Pittman should have clobbered him. Let him go up for the shot and tackle him.

But showing him up by winning the series is not justice. It would be the icing on the cake. Stevenson had been totally trash talking the Heats bench for 3 games! He needed to learn a leason. Although the elbow to the throat was a bit much, I'm glad they did something!

Did you really expect him to be suspended? I was surprised his foul was upgraded to flagrant two.

Yes, he should have. If Haslem's foul warrants a suspension, so does Hansbrough's.
