The kid is so good. They hailed him in France as the next Zidane. I don't think he is that good but the kid will be a superstar in a few years.

I agree. We apparently signed Aqualinni I believe his name was, reported by first&goal. I am not too familiar with him so I will have to dig up more information on him but I am deffinitely familiar with Nasri though. I agree with you that he will be big. I wonder if they plan on playing him on the outside since we will likely lose Hleb to Inter. We did lose Flamini though so he could be a replacement in the middle. Him and Fabregas will be a great tandem, the question is just where will he be played at?

He's at his best as the offensive midfielder or as they say in Argentina, the enganche, in the XMas tree formation. Like Maradona was on Bilardo's team, like Rivaldo was with Brazil, like Hagi was with Romania, like Riquelme with Boca. He played different roles with Marseille because they were one of the few teams that modified it's alignment depending on the opponent. They played a 4-2-3-1, with Djibril Cissé as the lone striker, and Nasri as conductor with Valbuena and Akalé on the flanks, and the classic 4-4-2 that Gerets favours.

He could play on the flank, or in the hole in a 4-4-1-1, but that's not where he's at his best. He's certainly not replacing Flamini as they're two completely different players. You could worry that the field won't be big enough for both him and Fabregas, but Arsene is just too strong a technician to not find a tactical alignments that will suit Arsenal.

Aquilani hes 23 years old, a very good player, reminds me at Gattuso, but with better control, Wenger looks at him to be Flamini replacement.
In a different note, Arsenal most likely will sign FC Laval's midfielder Francis Coquelin, 17 years old, after a very successful trial earlier this month.......is also a possibility that Chantome will also sign.

Yeah I read that a few years ago. Sad to hear but glad where he is at right now.

Thanks. That explained a lot . I think he will fit perfectly with us.

Thanks bro! Glad to hear the information about the player and the news. Thanks again.

You are welcome bro, in the Aquilani deal, appear that Rome wants a defender, which the name was not disclose at the moment, from Arsenal. In any case the deal is going to finalize today or tomorrow.
