He really just needs to say f*** you to everyone and just do him. Him and Wade need to stop the jumpshooting and drive the lane. The Celtics foul a ton and we don't take advantage.

Thats cause you actually believed that the jets were gonna win the superbowl and that mark sanchez is a good quarterback, so, when you removed those from the equation, it could possibly by considered.

It bothers me that a huge problem with this team is how mechanical we look. Pass-Pass-Pass all of which are just swinging the ball to the guy standing next to you - Missed Jumper. Rinse and repeat. Spo is a very mechanical type of coach, in other words is this the team personality we have incorporated? That would be a huge negative.

How's this? But sometimes one must admit that they've been better..........which is how it was meant.

I could care less about the Patsies though. I'm not giving them didly squat!

    this is also right.

read this for the whole story:

    http://www.heatfreak.com/2012/06/06/ec-finals-game-5-boston-celtics-94-miami-heat-90-boston-3-2/

EVEN IF, they win both games to win the series (they won't) this team does not deserve alot of the faith that fans have put in them.

The easy out is that if Bosh had not gotten hurt, they would be past Boston already, which is true, but that is NOT the POINT. (it would have hidden the faults)

To borrow a Spoism (shame that he is gonna get canned)...They have "enough".

BTW, I have heard from more than a couple of people that Stan Van Gundy will be the FIRST in line for the job. How do you like them apples?

Well, my Magic were in the same situation in 09 against Boston in the second round of the playoffs. We got it done then. I wouldn't count Miami out now but things do look bad.

problem was that in 09' Orlando won game 6 at HOME, and there was no KG.

not even close to the same situation.

This team is good enough to win one game in Boston. One game at a time.

True. However we did destroy them game 7 in the Garden.

We'll see. Things definitely suck right now. I'm only worried about Lebron getting any blame, lol.

I think if Miami wins Thu they go on to win the series. But like I said before Wade has turned b---h, I used to be a huge fan but his transformation into a better Steve Francis is nearly complete. I won't pretend to know enough about called plays to blame the coach, maybe it IS his fault.

Fat lady has not sung just yet.......but DarrelRevis's mother is warming up as we speak.

It's the coach's fault in the sense that he allows it to happen. Wade's effort is not consistent enough when you're talking about championship basketball. It's ok in the regular season to let LeBron do all the work, but you can't loaf for entire halves in the Conference Finals.

Wade now only plays second halves, and every once and a while he graces us with an actual effort filled game and he looks like.....Wade.

It;s why I don;t ***** about Lebron. he plays hard every minute he is out there.

The coaching is fine...it is the management of the team by the coach that sucks.

and this thing is done. The Heat are not getting the benefit of the doubt on calls at home, at TD Garden they will get even less and lose.

Even if they win the series, they are a disappointment. I have railed against them all year in my recaps, and unfortunately, some of my rantings came true.

OH...BTW read the Riley quote in my sig.

It is the mantra that this team was built on. Dwyane Wade was the only one that didn't buy into it.

Wow, Sec - you and I have gone back and forth a lot on the Heat - but I never thought we'd get to the point where I was the one arguing in FAVOR of them winning.

Bosh is back - he looked pretty good in that game considering and will only be playing more minutes in the upcoming games. His impact was huge even when he wasn't directly influencing the game.

LeBron is playing out of his mind right now. I get that being 'invincible' is his thing - but if Spo would give him a few minutes off in the 2nd half and let him have full energy to close the game out he'd be unstoppable. You can tell he starts to sit outside of plays a bit in the 4th and looks exhausted. The guy is a freak of nature, but the Heat are good enough to give him a few minutes on the bench - especially with Bosh back.

The role players have struggled, but are due for a big game. Chalmers is incredibly underrated and Battier/Jones/Miller are going to start hitting threes at some point.

Spoelstra is still a good coach. That didn't stop. He may not outcoach Rivers, but he'll put them in a position to win...

...as long as Wade buys into it. And as much fun as it is to start engraving Wade's tombstone - didn't we just do this during the Indiana series? We all ran around screaming THE END OF WADE - and then he went off for a billion points over the last few games?

I just don't see Boston winning this series. LeBron or Wade are due a game where they just go off and with Bosh back, the pendulum is going to swing back in their favor.

Miami vs OKC will be a GREAT series. I want to pick OKC - but I don't trust them to continue to run their offense when things get tough, or for Harden to keep hitting miracle 3s.

    Just my .02 but.......

    1) NBA makes more money with each game....

    2) I dont think the NBA nor America wants to see Boston in the Finals.....they are an old story so to speak, much like the Lakers or the Spurs.....

I dont think tomorrow is going to be a cakewalk for the C's....but for the love of God can someone please do something to quell KG, the dude is literally shi$ting all over Miami, and there is nothing anybody can do about it.....where is Anthony?? I thought he was this good defender....

I respect KG's intensity because few have it these days....but him, Roger Clemens, and John Elway could walk into traffic one day and I for one would not be upset.

sad to see so many Miami Heat fans jumping off the bandwagon. The Heat need a defining win. Winning in Boston would do it. Take this from a Lakers' fan that has seen them win a couple of big games in Bawston. I have a feeling they'll get it and win the 7th game. Mia vs OKC would be epic.

Section hit it on the head. Spo is a great coach IMO, I'd hate to see him go, but he failed at establishing a rotation. You can't expect James Jones to come in and shoot well when he hasn't had a chance to get any rhythm.

Wade also deserves a lot of blame. His lack of consistency is the reason why LeBron James is logging 46 minutes per game. His inconsistency is why they had to play an extra game against Indiana. His inconsistency is why Chris Bosh isn't resting while he waits to see who wins the West. Dwyane Wade let all the media hype of being a "closer" get to his head. He thinks he can coast then take over in the 4th and look like a hero. Looking back, its obvious why he wanted LeBron on his team. Wade doesn't want to carry the load. He wants to stand on the shoulders of a giant so he can be a giant. As Sect pointed out, Shaq's influence shows.

I am also a big fan of Shane Battier's game. In the first half last night, I counted at least 4 plays where he either helped in transition on someone's man/made a great rotation, and contested shots that were missed. The guy is absolutely a great defensive role player. Unfortunately for this team, Battier was a mis-allocation of resources. Some blame for this team's deficiencies should go to Riley. There are issues that he is responsible for.

I have to agree. I hate the heat so Id love to be wrong but I still think Miami finds a way to win this series. Boston is winning on the strength of Docs coaching, Rondo, and good support. I still think Miami can play better. Can they do it in time? Not counting them out. The winner of game 5's in 2-2 series win the series 84% of the time. That means theres still a 16% chance that Boston could mess this up. Wouldnt be surprised.

Not that it matters a whole lot because like Ive said all year, youre just battling for the right to get KILLED by OKC.

Nobody is off the bandwagon. Surely I hope -and believe- they will win.

Winning in Boston isn't going to change the underlying and obvious issues though. If Dwyane Wade scores 40 points in game 6, it still doesn't change the fact that his consistency is embarrassing.
