    http://www.nfl.com/videos/miami-dol.../Is-Terrell-Owens-a-good-fit-for-the-Dolphins

I was watching this video on nfl network and it was interesting. On one hand he can play, he could be one of the alpha receivers in this team this season, while on the other hand he runs his mouth a lot and giving him a roster spot would take one spot away from our younger wrs who we want to get better (Cunningham, Fuller, Marshall). My guess is that he replaces Legedu Naanee or Julius Pruitt. Any thoughts?

Will never happen in a million years and Ocho and T.O. I think you have to keep separated. I think Ocho can behave just fine on his own, but mix him up with T.O. and they'll be ****ing around with reality shows, constant distractions, etc. etc. After his Buffalo stint I was open to the idea but pretty sure at this point he's not worth the trouble. The guy couldn't even be humble playing arena league football.

It's amazing how a know-nothing in front of a camera can open his mouth and suddenly the inanity he spews becomes a legitimate topic of discussion.

Does ANYONE remember that Jeff Ireland was in Dallas when Terrell Owens did his thing there? It's not happening in Miami.

TO would be a good fit on any team. Dude can still play and has been a good teamate unless you don't put in the work you should. Even that he has chilled on a ton.

TO has not caused any problems team wise for a loooooong time. When TO and Johnson were in Cincy, it was actually said TO kept Johnson in line. Besides, I would take TOs talent anyday. Guy does not shoot himself in the leg, kill dogs, get DUIs or get stabbed by his spouse. Same goes for Chad Johnson.

Give me both of them. Some do not like both their antics. Never bothered me, neither one. When they were at their best IMO, they could recite anything they want. TO was no problem in Buffalo and TO was no problem in Cincy.

Did you hear about the whole deal with him refusing to visit a children's hospital while playing for an arena league team? I would have agreed with you, but he couldn't even avoid being a huge pain in the *** there.

I did not hear about it but if an entire league refuses to do something, how can you single out TO for the blame ?

I think T.O. would leave about as much of a mark as Cris Carter did when he played for us.

You read that wrong. The poster was talking about the "whole" incident. The whole league did not refuse. It was just T.O. being T.O. and they fired him just like every other team seems to want to do after bringing him in.

This is what I was thinking about. He talks smack but hasnt really gotten into much legal trouble with the league at all. And about the whole point of nobody wanting him, Randy Moss playe for 3 teams in 1 season. Moss got his second chance and its of little risk to the 49ers. Bringing TO into camp would be of little risk to us. TO wants to prove himself after his exit from the nfl. I say give him a chance and if he doesnt wow the coaches he gets the boot

I've been wondering that for a long time, as it pertains to NFLN. The man deserves a job if he wants one, but he'd be better suited for pumping gas, or working in a 7-11.

Now that, I could get behind! Or on top, or underneath, or, well you know . . .

T.O.: Hell NO! Sorry for my language, but no f***ing way, not and expect me to support this team. And Ireland indeed is never going to deal with T.O. on this team, he had enough in Dallas.

What an interesting idea. This proud, tradition-filled franchise, become a repository for aging, unwanted divas at the vet minimum.

Have we come to this? Is this the poster child of desperation this franchise has become, that some hack reporter is even suggesting that we should be considering this, after having drafted Ted Ginn Jr., Patrick Turner, Clyde Gates, Brian Hartline, and Derek Hagan in the last six years? Certainly seems so.

Can you imagine the media feeding frenzy? It's almost worth it just to sit back and watch the show.

If this is where we're going (and I seriously doubt it), why stop at Ochocinco and T.O.? Why not Plaxico and Edwards, too? All we would have to do is add a psychiatrist to the medical staff and hire about ten full-time minders for the security staff. Then let the air show begin. Oh, wait a minute. We're still looking for someone to throw it...

    Really?

You do realize, he was just kicked off an indoor D-League team here in Allen Texas?
What's even worse, he was part owner of the team he was kicked off of.

The guy is a grade-A Asshat that isn't 1/10th of what he once was.

    He is DONE!!!!

i don´t think he is done, he had a very good year in cincy before he got hurt and i wouldn´t put much into that D-League stuff, who knows if he was really into it, if for some reason our receivers don´t get it after some days or even after the 1st preseason game, i wouldn´t mind to sign that guy and find out what he has left, actually you might try him out before that to have that information ready if needed

Because Ochocinco, for all of his antics, never did anything off the field or inside the locker room that was detrimental to any team he was with. He never was a locker room cancer. He never threw any of his teammates underneath the bus. The worst thing he did was request a trade from the Bengals, and even then, when his request was denied, he played out his contract.

Some of what you say is true, but even though Plexiglass is a grade-A Knucklehead, he hasn't made it a point to garner every bit of self gratification and attention as possible.

That being said, I'd be very happy with none of the 3 on the Dolphins to be quite honest....1 of 3 is bad enough, 2 of 3 would make it next to impossible to follow.

Again, the point of my previous posts is that to say Chad is like T.O. is unfair. As Lucky put it in another post, Chad Ochocinco is, at his very worst, and attention whore while T.O. is an attention whore on his best day.

So, no, I don't want any part with T.O.

Now if you want to talk to me about Plax, then I'd gladly entertain the possibility.

Don't get me wrong. I love Ochocinco. He makes me laugh. He's a good guy. His character is light years above TO's. I think he'll help us. But he IS a colorful, aging diva. One per team is enough.

T.O. can still play and should get a shot somewhere. At this point in time that shot shouldn't be in Miami.
