    I liked this:
Either Ryan Tannehill is getting good, or this defense without Karlos Dansby & Mr. Kevin Burnett is bad. I don't know which one

Hopefully its the former, but based on the last preseason game, it could be the latter.

Well we often figured and noticed in the past, that both Dansby and Burnett are not great at pass coverages... So really what does that mean???

Thanks DF22, for all you past and future posts...

Anyone else starting to feel that HK is helping these media boys out especially the day after.....ala the puking comment. I didnt see any posts that called out the Jerry puking on the field when it happened, then comes episode #3 and all of a sudden its "hey, no puking yet" posts galore.

I realize they cant be all places every minute and really cant cover every aspect (but they make it seem they can - that they dont miss a moment, nothing gets by them, etc) but then they watch the show and know a storyline to help them act like they are in the know.

Julius Pruitt may have essentially already locked up his roster spot via special teams, they may be shutting him down as a receiver to try and give other guys the opportunity to separate themselves.

I must say I'm happy to read this one. Thigpen impressed as a WR against CAR, and can be very dangerous on slants and crossers in the open field and get us plenty of YACs.

EDIT: Not happy in the sense that I assume because Omar said it, it is law. Happy that if Omar sees it, the coaches must as well.

Or playing devils advocate here, they may just be referencing the actual episode of HK, since they watch it was fans too, like us....

Puking at training camp, is no odd occurence. But since it was highlighted on the episode, thats why i am sure it is being discussed. I can probably guarentee Jerry wasnt the only one who puked.

If he can manage it, that will really help our Wr corps as then DBess can go outside.

We've seen lots of Marcus Thigpen in the CFL D22, I think many Dolfans will be surprised at how good he can be.

Interesting about MMoore, it sounds like he is on the trade block and they don't want him injured.

Cautiously optimistic that John Jerry can make the move up and start.

Thigpen is a sort of Leon Washington type, returns, rb, slot etc, his one flaw was he sometimes makes poor decisions with the football.

Perhaps. I think it makes a lot of sense to get something for him. Wearing ones hat backwards can be accomplished by a healthy Garrard or Devlin at this point.

Hmm, Cunningham is picking it up, with cut down day looming they all know none of them are really safe.

TBH, as much as a I think he can play, I really think Fuller is the guy I'd want on the field..he intrigues me.

If they can trade him they save 2.5 million or 3.5 million.

I'm fine with Devlin as the #2 to start the yr, but would prefer Garrard, as I've said multiple times, MMoore can play Qb in the NFL just not in this system.

I personally thought the Lamar Miller returning kicks stuff was insane, Thigpen is a low risk/high return investment why stick Miller out there in that role when Thigpen can do so many things and we do not have that much invested?

Plus, we both know what a explosive returner can do for a team from watching the CFL, would love to see him top Ginn's 2,006 all purpose yds from 2007.

It could come down to that indeed....I just havent watched where Moore is producing high enough over Garrard (when healthy) to feel its a huge issue to ship off Moore for a pick.

i was thinking the same thing. its probably both. we have seen RT move the ball well against a couple of other nfl defenses and we've seen the defense get raped. i miss mike nolan. we have a couple of banged up defensive players and a new defensive coordinator but i am tired of making excuses. theres no reason we shouldnt have a pretty good defense and they better start showing us that.

I've always preferred keeping the guys who were good all through camp over the ones who sucked until the week before cuts, then dazzled for a week. Don't like that. They are only motivated sometimes, and when about to lose their job. As soon as they get comfortable again their effort, focus and production will drop.
