I also believe that Zambrotta is probably the first one to sign with Milan. I would like to see Drogba........Dinho will be gravy.
One other thing that I wanted to add to the Nikola Zigic post was that a member of the national team plays with Manchester United. That player is Nemanja Vidic. Hes also very talented and don't be surprised if Zigic is lured to ManU because of his familiarity with Vidic.
I agree. Drogba is the key this transfer season for Milan. If they get him, they will be a force to be reckoned with in the Serie A next year. They could live without Tarzan (ronaldinho). The possible signing of Drogba could be a HUGE uplift in their offense. If they were to sign Drogba, I wonder if they would use the 2-1-3-4 formation with Pato and Drogba up front and Kaka manning the middle of the two. Kinda like what Fabregas does for us at times. Something like this: ----------------------------------Drogba--------------------Pato---------------------- ----------------------------------------------Kaka--------------------------------------
I believe Milan is the front runner for Eto'o. This wouldn't be the first time they have been linked to him. Last summer, Eto'o was bound for Milan and then backed off to stay one more year in Barca. I think if Drogba doesn't come, Eto'o could very well end up there. One thing though is that the manager of AC ( i'm going blank, i cant remember his name) stated that his targets this off season were Drogba, Dinho and Eto'o. Not just one of them, ALL THREE.
Would be incredible if Milan can get Eto'o, Drogba and Dinho, this would take a lot of money...but you maybe right, is possible.
You know, it is funny, initially, when the realistic chance of landing Dinho, there was opposition by Milan players and staff. Seedorf, Gattuso, and even Ancelotti himself stated that they did not want Ronaldinho. I would personally love the guy in Black and Red. Kaka has also stated that if Milan does land Ronaldinho, he would like to play in between the striker(s) and the midfield, a forward essentially. Drogba in his private diaries (well, not so private) has stated that he has always dreamed of playing for Milan. Just some tidbits for you guys.
Thanks, never knew that. I don't blame the Milan players by saying that, Dinho showed that he had a lack of work ethic and that in Milan is probably the biggest asset of the game.
I've been kinda busy these past days but I've been reading the news you guys posted. Great info. About the mexican players, Omar bravo going to Deportivo it's great for him and finally we could see if Vela has what it takes to be in a world class club. I wish them the best of luck. Also another Chivas' player will be in Europe, Francisco "Maza" RodrÃguez to the PSV Eindhoven, not the best defender in our league IMO but i wish him luck too. Link: http://english.psv.nl/web/show/id=58980/contentid=23290 Francisco RodrÃguez' goal. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sOGDQHIrno&feature=related And yes, he's a defender.
Bosnia just fired their trainer. He refused to coach the team in a friendly against Poland so he got the boot. WTH is up with our trainers every year? We need stability!
Euro 2008 - Austria/Switzerland will be shown on ESPN by the way. It starts in two weeks from this day. I think the final will not be shown though. I know previous years, I have had to order it.
Once we have the Eurocup thread up, I will copy and paste these into it. I will also add my projections on the top two teams advancing from each group. I was thinking if you guys wish, we could have a friendly tournament. Whoever guesses the most teams advancing wins a number of credits ( we can decide on that later if u guys want).
Grant fired. Didn't see anything on this, figured it was gonna happen sooner then later. http://msn.foxsports.com/soccer/story/8175208/Chelsea-begins-hunt-for-new-manager

Doncaster over Leeds in League 1 Championship. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/main.jhtml?xml=/sport/2008/05/26/sfndon126.xml How the heck have Leeds fallen this far???!?!? Someone put a suicide watch for WhiteDolphin54.
I am truly sad to hear that your a ManUre fan Lol, I dont know what has happend to Leeds. As for WD54, mind sending him a PM inviting him to join the eurocup tourney?
Ancelloti and Kaka now are welcoming Dinho, is different about Gattuso and Seedorf, but who's running the show is Berlusconi, so at the end what this players think is not that important.
I think the same, we should have the Euro thread.....wait a minute we already have one, thanks to Gio and Alen Forza Azzurri.
Hey guys - sounds like a great idea but unofrtunately im going to be travelling a lot over the next 6-8 weeks and wont be able to participate. Sounds like fun though.
Just in case Alen has not posted... and due to the fact that y'all care about the Milans: http://www.goal.com/en-india/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=711257
Interesting. He was expected to go take over Chelsea again. Its a surprise for sure. Nice read. I didn't understand the free to sign any former Chelsea players part, isn't everybody allowed to sign them?
Chelsea to offer 50 mil bid for Torres http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1021851/Chelsea-poised-50m-swoop-Torres-sacked-Grants-prime-targets.html I hope things aren't that bad an Anfield that they consider this.
Good find bro. According to "La Bola" Moratti offered 3 years deal to Mourinho. Nothing is official yet until Moratti talks with Mancini first. My take is that Inter is blowing smokes like always and propably Mancini will stay!
I think there is a misprint in your title, it states Torres. Thanks for the info bro. I don't think they will be able to acquire Torres, no matter the fee. Torres seems like the only scoring option for Liverpool outside of Gerrard.
