I just got my first cellphone. Now there are only 4 people left in the world that doesn't have a cell, but I need some help. I'd like to download a Miami Dolphins ringtone and/or answering tones. Can anybody help out on were to find these and how to download them? My service is through AT&T if that makes a difference.
I don't know if you use a program such as Limewire to download music but thats what I do. I download any type of music off of Limewire. Once the file is saved, I use this website, myxertones.com, and insert the document and send it for free . You can also do a search around the site under "Explore". Once you choose the ringtone, etc you like and you insert your number, they will send you a text message with a link. Go to that link and upload it.
Heres the Dolphins fight song. http://www.myxertones.com/ringtone:131691/ I have downloaded over 15 to 20 ringtones off of this site and haven't had ANY problems.
One thing I forgot to add is that if there is a charge to go along with the ringtone, it will be stated right above the insert phone number box.
I use a program called Audacity to edit my MP3s, and then I upload that file to my phone and voila... I then use that file as my ringtone. I first got into because I can't use a mp3 file over a certain size for my ringtone, so I had to edit the size. But what I found out was that I could select any part of a song and then save that as a separate mp3. I can do it with any mp3 file. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
I just got my first pager. I'm wearing it inside my front jeans pocket with the clip on the outside! ok, yeah that was literally 1993 when I was doing that.
I have an older phone and it won't let me download anything. We've tried to get the fight song and it just says no. Stinks in my opinion. It will let me go in and put ringtones in from the site on the phone itself (I have Mercy Me) But the Dolphins aren't listed, just some college junk.
I wish I was only 16, but I'm so oid that I can't remember if my age is still in the double digits or triple Thanks for the info
I got several ringtones downloaded, now I need some help downloading some answering tones. Can I use the same music from the ringstones for my answering music? Thanks
