***Week 3 Game Thread: Jets at Dolphins***

We are going to whip the living snot out of this crappy *** Jet team.

 

took a nap and now my buddies are here and still 2:12 to go......

 

Local affiliate who as to carry the gm at 1 pm is showing..premiere league soccer.

My god can I dislike that crap any more then I already do? Is it possible?

 

This is an important game ... not because it is the JESTS ... but because it will be a better sense of where this team is from a coaching/execution standpoint.

Week #1 was a barometer against a good team without a decent (or any realistic) shot at winning.

Week #2 was a barometer against a lousy team, with bad coaching and poor execution.

Week #3 is a barometer against - what i think is a fairly comparable team ... with regard to talent and execution at times. THIS game at home will go a long way in determining the level of success this year will bring. I do think our coaching talent is better than theirs ... i don't think their talent overall is any better than ours -- so if you are looking for a test to see where we stand against our most hated rival .... here it is.

1 turnover or less and i believe we win this game ... 2 or more .... doubtful. Close game in the 4th QTR .... I believe we win ...

Our secondary will be tested by their speed at WR ... but otherwise we have the edge ... I believe we win ...

 

I am amped up right now. Even after a night of partying I couldn't sleep. If the phins win today it can make for a great sports weekend for me.

 

Soccer has become my third favorite sport to watch..

 

They have that on Fox at the same time here. I have to disagree on soccer though. Great game but I would be pissed too.

 

especially when germany plays huh...., whats number 2 ? basketball ?

 

Yeah basketball..no favorite team though, I'll root for the home teams because it's good for our city.

 

They just said something about revis' status.. but I missed it. Anyone catch it?

 

Saints interim coach dropped mirrors in all the players locker rooms..lol

 

Hanna had on a naughty dress thou...Rachel Nichols looks like She did too many soy shots at Benihanas last nite.

 

I really don't like going into this game with 5 active RBs and only 4 active WRs. I don't understand not activating Matthews.

Hypothetically speaking.......lets say that women in your Sig....was a huge soccer fan...and she wanted to **** like an animal under the soccer nets......this American would pick Soccer over Baseball..!!!!

I hate how we will have to wait til tonight to find out if we are in 1st place in the AFC East after we beat the Jets and the Browns beat the Bills. All the home teams will win!

 

Surprised we only have 4 WRs active. Last time I remember that happening someone got hurt and it really hampered us. I suppose they can use Thigpen and/or Bush in a pinch though. Of course Clay is an option too.

One of these days I will move back to my home state and help fill 4 of those seats.

 

Go Fins ! Beat the Jets , get to 2 and 1 , win back to back , at home , get better in the division. IMO this is a very big games for this team , turnovers could make the difference today , I anticipate a very strong effort.
