You're joking right? these coaches are Sparano version 2.0 Ultra conservate football is trying to give the game to the Jets and gonna injure our whole team while he's at it. No kneeling to end the half and getting reggie injured after thomas same way week 1 and timeouts at the end of the game for no reason, this clown Philbin is just asking to get players hurt. I really am getting tired of seeing players get hurt because coaches are beyond stupid and just trying to look smart. If they didn't take the pedal off the gas when it was 7-0 and start running only Thomas then this game would have never gone this way, not to mention never letting Tannehill throw it until 2 mins left and they decide, "well, i guess we should try and win now." These coaches have no idea how to play call they know when we are going to run it and pass it because they do the same obvious pattern every time run run pass, then go pass heavy then run run run, run run pass, it's a joke, Sparano v2.0. I tried to hold back my dislike for coaches like these after Sparano dragged this team through the mud for 4 years, but after seeing these players get hurt for these coaches insanity all over again and this horrendous display of football, I can't take it anymore. I'll call it like i see it, next year new coach, hopefully then they will actually get somebody who wants to win and plays agressive, disgusting what these owners/coaches are doing to the Dolphins.

Wait, isn't kneeling at the end of the half being conservative? I'm confused here.

I do actually, aren't you mad at how this franchise is being destroyed, the Dolphins were once considered one of the top few franchises in the league and it just keeps getting worse and you don't care? It's blatantly obvious how bad it is, that is the worst football i have ever seen, even worse than Sparano, if that's possible. We are losing to dirty franchises like the Jets and Patriots year in and year out because Dolphin fans have forgot what this franchise used to be and settle for this garbage we see now. I'm as impartial as anybody but I waited two years too long on Sparano and he did it for another two years after that, Philbin is playing Sparano ball all over again and you are okay with that? Comon man, stop the trolling, what purpose does that do for anybody?

How is that being conservative? thats being smart, there is a huge difference between agressive and stupid. It's okay for Phibin to give those calls from the sideline while his players continually get injured, guys a joke, players are already fed up with him, you saw it during those timeouts, they had their hands up going "WTF?"

If you know your going to NOT be agressive on your drive before the half because of time constraints., and you know your going to run the clock out, then you don't run the ball with your star player, put in the backup for damn sake..a little intelligence, foresight and prespective please, is that too much to ask for from professionals.

Ok and if Reggie broke a huge run, which he can do, then we'd praise him for being aggressive. Just can't win with this fan base. If Reggie didn't get hurt this isn't a conversation, injuries happen.

The Dolphins over the past few years have been conservative in situations where the overwhelming majority of the league would be conservative. Put down the Madden controller.

I am really impressed with the Philbin group, overall.
not to forget we are rebuilding & learning new systems of play
we have a rookie QB who has already demonstrated he has the tangibles to be great
personally, I like what I see & enjoyed today's game immensely

what to look for is the correction of errors made
& timing of players to improve each game
we will compete in 2012 from the get-go & flourish in 2013.
    what's not to like?
the attitude & presentation of this team is already markedly improved to Phibin's credit

I am not sure that is called for when written by someone who is new in posting as you are when replying to someone who has been around hereabouts for a number of years. Also, where were you when Wannstedt ran this franchise into the muck? "Is being destroyed?????" That was begun long before this. Some of us have waited four long decades to win a championship again. But, I suppose it is all right to brand a new coaching team after three games in a new season - one which we very nearly pulled out of the hat. I rather blame the loss on an atrocious performance by the defensive backfield. They couldn't cover my grandmother in a wheelchair... and she's dead!

You might be right, I'm thinking that the message is loud and clear from the sideline that they have decided to sit on the ball, so that mentality is gonna take away any aggression needed to be successful, it's something that is very minor of a detail but saving bush a rep of getting pummeled may be worth thinking about it differently.
