running off the field, pointing and shouting in his excitement, and didn't shake hands with any of his former players. Classy.
I still like Tony. I'm sure it was emotional for him. No different from JT against us, Thurman Thomas, etc etc You wanna take blame out on someone how about a kicker missing two kicks and our coach leaving a RB for 2 weeks now to get hurt right before half.
In all honesty he probably was in a hurry to change his pants after that kicking display. You know Tony loves him some kicking.
I hope their plane crashes. Kidding of course. Hell it is 6 o' clock and I'm just now eating lunch. Can you understand why I'm pissed off and grumpy.
Meh... if we didn't want to see him celebrate his victory... then maybe we should have beat him and his new team. Its that simple really. As fans, how about staying classy and not crying like a babies about it.
The fact that we held them for most of the game to some serious fist pumping was giving me great pleasure. Sad we couldnt close it out, its ok we get another whack at it in NY soon.
that game was ours, I can't believe we were in it without Bush. We should have won really a bad call on the pick six, rookie QB, what pissed me of after the pick they didn't let RT do anything. Coaching was the problem.
He won the game. Stats dont mean a thing. Only thing that matters after the game is over, is who got the win. He did. We didnt.
Good for Tony. He walked back into Miami and got himself a W. Regardless of if he was deserving of his firing or not, he got the first "F You" to an organization that tossed him out the door. It would be awesome for anyone.
why do people keep saying that the Pick six was the problem? We took the lead after that and were winning late in to the game it was not the reason we lost. A few questionable play calls, and an idiot kicker costed us this game
The Irony of losing to this dumbass by a FG(and missing our own FG's) will not let me sleep tonight LOL
The Jets look underwhelming and will be scraping the bottom of the pack this season.Tony will be the sacrificial lamb to save Ryans job. A pizza franchise will be waiting for him .Fist Pump Pizza ,
Again, you're missing the point. That doesn't matter. All that matters at the end of 60 minutes, is who gets credit with the WIN. I was tired of the guy too when his time was finally up here, I'm not defending Tony, or saying I like the guy, or whatever, but hell, his team won the game. He's got every right to celebrate, it doesn't matter how you get the win. Personally I thought Tony handled the whole situation well. He didnt want to talk about it before, during, or after the game. That is being classy about it. Everything else about it is just us, being sore losers and whiners. Get over it.
