I don't think his primary issue was physical.

I remember a specific run to the left where he cut back to the right and was clearly being more ginger with the knee. He stutter stepped to decelrate and get going again instead of planting hard.

Hes playing on a gimpy knee. Nothing 'mental' about that. Its the body saying im not right. I hope Disgustipate isnt insinuating Bush problem is more mental than physical. Personally im holding Jets responsible. If they Didnt sound off about the 'sauce' crap then I wouldnt think twice but its out there due to big mouths and almost blatant threats. Like Bush said about Revis.....what goes around comes around...throw Holmes into the pot as well. Serves them right.

Yes, it was more mental than physical. A couple of times Bush made some bad decisions that resulted in no gains or worse losses, and a lot of it was on him- Either missing holes he should have hit, or doing stuff that could have gotten him in trouble completely healthy. He was healthy enough to have a good game.

Can tell he's hurting too by how limited he's been looking.

Do you think he is scared to run hard or unconfident?

Whats the mental aspect? I guess fear? Of taking a serious hit and ending it all career wise? I think every player has that fear atleast once or twice throughout the game. However in the Cards game I thought Bush looked limited physically. The knee was still an issue and I think it will be for a few weeks but like Adrian Peterson he will play through it. Peterson after four weeks is finally starting to get his game back despite the ACL tear last December. Bush will be ok but he's got to play through the injury and thats never an easy thing to do. Miller, Thomas, and Lane are there to back him up...Our running game will be fine.

Not fear of injury, he just doesn't have great vision. He'll miss cutback lanes, he's just really physically talented and can bail himself out to where it's generally a minor issue. Maybe this week it stuck out more because a decrease in physical ability due to injury made it more problematic, but I think it's still his responsibility to realize it and not do some of the stuff he did that resulted in losses.

Completely honest here, I hope he does play, especially if he isn't 100% healthy, I dont wish injury on anyone, ever. however, if he does play and isn'y completely healthy, he's going to hurt your team more than he'll help em by taking reps away from the rest of the healthy backs.

Clearly you haven't seen Daniel Thomas play football. I'd take a 70% healthy Reggie over a 100% healthy Thomas any day.
Lamar Miller can't supplant DT soon enough for my taste.

My fantasy team needs him to produce big. He hasn't disappointed me yet. I think if he has a good game Sunday, he will be close to the league rushing title. I think he can do it. Get to 1800 yards this year.

IF he is not healthy, completely healthy, He's going to look more like the Reggie Bush last week, than the one you've seen the rest of the season. The bengals Run D isn't great, but its not nearly as bad as people think it is. He only had what? 67 yards last week. not exactly staggering numbers.

The Bengals rank dead last in the NFL in defensive run success rate.

yes, and they have been playing without key members of their rotation that are mainly run stopping players. and they have have been playing steadily better every week. if you notice they've been playing some tough running offenses, the #1 rushing offense in Washington, we played in week 3, last week they played MJD and completely dominated him. held him to under 50 yards on 15 carries.

Ok I see where your coming from. 100 yd game this week will help. If he can't get it done maybe Miller can step it up to make up some difference.

The only players that aren't 100% after the 1st game are the ones that don't play.
