No, not yet at least. My Bess jersey is still in mint condish mainly because I only wear it on gamedays. So imo getting another one would be a waste of money.
Ive never understood this position. Why is it wrong to show public support for a player on the team that you love? It doesnt mean that you worship that player, or that you think that you're him, or that you're part of the team. it just means you love the team and like that particular player. The hate some people have for fans wearing jerseys confounds me.
Actually, I feel the same way. I have no issue at all with people doing it but it really doesn't appeal to me.
I got one (a replica). Don't really care if anybody knows who he is. I know him and I'm wearing it with pride!
I bought my official Nike one (that's what I meant with "replica", the one for 100$) at footballfanatics.com . Then there's also the official NFL shop. It might cost more than the cheap replicas, but everyone has to decide for himself if it's worth it. For me, it was.
Anyone know where I can buy a Marino jersey? I'm trying to start my collection going. I figure I'll get a Tannehill jersey after a Marino & Thomas jersey.
For me I like the premium ones with the sewn numbers, but they are considerably more expensive and I'm not sure Tanny has one yet
Got my Naanee jersey last week... you're welcome everyone... Next on my list is a Brian Hartline jersey because he's the man baby...
I hope they don't change it, to be honest. Heck, even if they do, it's not like your jersey is irrelevant! I mean, how much is it going to change. And - you'd also be able to say you bought it in his rookie year - bragging rights. I still have a Zach Thomas authentic jersey from '96, which I got for Christmas his rookie year. They, of course, changed the logo in '97. Doesn't stop me from wearing it!
I generally like the look of jerseys with a number but no name. I never understand people who have their own name on their jersey. Other than the players on the team obviously
I spent $30 for mine. Sewn on #s and everything .... I could careless if they change the logo. For $30, I usually buy 2 jerseys a year. Got Dansby and Vontae last year. Lol
I bought a knockoff #77 orange jersey for $30 it's a nice one sewn on numbers but the Dolphin looks anemic it's skinny. The #91 is my best one looks fine.
I was going to buy a Tannehill jersey but I hate the Nike jerseys. I tried one on and didn't like the way it looked or felt. I especially hate the white ones with those dumb looking horn like patterns on them. I decided to buy this shirt instead. http://www.gametimeusa.com/reebok-miami-dolphins-aqua-vintage-applique-throwback-shirt.html
I don't know what y'all have been looking at but the aqua jersey is completely different than its ever been, it's got the matte finish, kinda dinge, and its really nice.
One hundred dollars for a knockoff. That bugs the hell out of me really. DJ if you actually knew the amount of cash I've put down on Dolphin slag in my lifetime you might understand. Nike can eat me. It's crap.
No, I have not, nor will I. My days of buying jerseys or most any memorabilia are in the rear view mirror. It just isn't a big deal to me. I enjoy watching the games and talking football, but that is the extent of my fandom.
Only got a Cam Wake Nike aqua jersey so far. But I am tempted to get a Tannehill one, perhaps a white one, or wait until the new logo one comes out. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
But I can't help the politics of jersey costs Nez, I'm just talking bout the color change, theres a huge difference, and the players are now wearing it, in fact we've worn THAT jersey every game so far when we rock the aqua
