Hey fellow phin fans. I've been a finheaven member since 04...just didn't post threads a lot. I was noticing that some of the big time members weren't posting much and I was wondering why but now I see why Okay I'll be honest I noticed that Pagan wasn't posting in the Ladies Lounge over there anymore
I finally found my way here also with a little help. I was banned from finheaven for asking why the VIP was being censored. I guess I am a little lost here. Why the change and why are the moderators over at heaven so hostile?
To make a long story short: Ownership there, has little loyalty to the people who helped grow their site the most (Celtkin, Muck, Mindwarp and FFIC). Once I heard Celtkin, FFIC and Muck were going we all followed. It was a pretty easy decision for me personally. My allegiance is to the people who make the posting experience fun but at the same time I wanted the people who were actually doing work behind the scenes to be appreciated not degraded or lied to or about. As far as why the Mods there are hostile.... I can only give 2 possible reasons: - Their entire VIP and Premium forums are here so they havent ready many good football posts the last few weeks. - Many of the Mods there now, were the ones we were constantly having to warn for a variety of stuff. By the way, Finheaven is not a banned word here as you can see.
AH! I see now. I hope they realize they will not be around this time next year. What made FH so great were the people. I was getting depressed after a couple of weeks of no VIP posts. I knew something had to be up. It is off season but geez....no posts in VIP??? I asked one of the MODs what was going on and he said it was just that time of the season. Come on, give me a little credit. I didn't give up trying to get to the bottom of things. No one would answer any of my questions and posts were getting deleted. My IP address is now banned from FH. I just hate it for the people still there that are clueless about what went down and the veil that is being held over their eyes. I would like to thank whoever sent me the PM's with clues that made me dig around and find out what's really going on. Like I said in an earlier post........It's so damn good to be home.
