Weakness for candy makes him an easy mark for villains. *** K-9 (8) Sidekick to: Doctor Who Advantages: Extreme intelligence. A virtual computer and laboratory in one. Defensive capability. Disadvantages: Somewhat limited mobility. Vulnerable to water. vs. Clank (9) Sidekick to: Ratchet Advantages: Capable of being modified with useful gadgets and transforming. Storage capacity. Disadvantages: Virtually unknown outside videogaming circles. *** Pokey (5) Sidekick to: Gumby Advantages: Cool claymation skating ability. Staying power. Disadvantages: Timid. Given to eyes popping out. vs. Johnny Sokko’s Flying Robot (12) Sidekick to: Johnny Sokko Advantages: You name it: finger missiles, back missile, bazooka cannon, eye beams, flamethrower. Come to think of it, why the hell is he a #12 seed? Disadvantages: Oh yeah: no one has heard of him.
