Honestly....I cant see one reason why Tannehill will not be a Pro Bowl caliber QB within 2 years. I see no physical limitations. I see no mental limitations, and most importantly, I see no lack of wanting to put in the work needed to excel to this level. Im actually starting to think....we might not just have...a franchise QB....he may just be something special. Watching us go from Chad Pennington, to Chad Henne, taught me something very important when it comes to judging QB play. Understanding the position, and being able to make the correct pre snap reads are critical to success in todays NFL. You cannot just simply have the physical attributes...nor...just a good head. You have to display an understanding of the defensive nuances you are seeing. Tannehill is already way ahead of the learning curve in this respect.
Can never completely move on for Dan Marino. In essence, you get over it. BUT, it's like your first love...he's always gonna be there.
