I haven't been playing much attention to the trash talk because it means nothing to the game.....but why Maybin? Did he start it? I thought Rex did with the "hot sauce" comment....

 

I much prefer what Incognito and Starks said (as opposed to Pouncey):

I love trash talking, I dont think people really understand the affect that it can have at times. I dont think you should be trash talking if your 3-10 and going to be picking in the top 5 of the draft however. That makes you look like an idiot when your doing that. We are in the middle of a playoff race and a division title, I think we should be trying to get into their heads. I wish we would trash talk the Patriots, show them we dont respect them, we dont fear them. I will say, I would prefer we did the trash talking on the field, but if they are going to run their mouth I think you put them in their place.

 

Jets saying alot. Im happy we are retaliating with ownership rights to verbal responses. I dont want our players to hide. Time to man up. Big game.

 

Pouncey can say whatever he wants. His play this season merits it.

 

I'm glad our guys aren't backing down. I'm just worried one of those green butt holes will try to take a cheap shot at one of our players' knees like they did on offense against Cushing

 

Don't forget what professional sports truly is which is entertainment. Let him has his fun, it makes the game more exciting.
