More than likely. He's already at 108. Until we can stop the pass, I'd throw against us all day.

 

Last week Gates kept going in front of Smith for catches, and this game is shaping up to be the exact same.

Secondary needs to step it up

 

Luck isnt doing anything special. Their receivers are just WIDE open all over the field.

 

Coyle needs to drop more into coverage instead of blitzing. Luck is like Tannehill in that regard; he'll pick the blitz apart.

 

the Colts already got called for holding once. The officials will be terrified to call it again this half.

 

Gotta get more pressure on him. The blitz plays are getting nothing in his face.

 

how many 3rd and 10's have they converted so far?

 

I think they got in trouble a few years back for pumping crowd noise over the speakers. Must be a typical thing for fans in Indi to be quiet.

Luck is looking good, but it helps when the secondary isn't covering his receivers. I have felt all along that the secondary is the weakness of the defense and they can be exposed by a good QB. So far, that is what has been happening.

 

I can't believe that the game has got to the point that pi can be called when you don't touch the receiver

 

Too many commercials.

 

Those blitzes we're running on 3rd down need to get pressure. You blitz and don't get in the QB's face and you leave yourself wide open to pass plays down the field.

Disagree. That one play where he avoided Vernon was all Luck. The play where he threw off his back leg 20+ yards down field was special.

 

Luck at 9.8 YPA. Not good. Probably can't sustain that, though.

 

He didn't turn his head and made incidental contact. That's PI all the way.

We have given up three 3rd down conversions already. Coyle has done a great job adjusting this year. Today might be his biggest challenge. Luck has had clean looks so far. I hate it when we play zone but we might have to because Luck is killing the blitz.

 

We don't even have the pleasure of watching the Jets lose this week.
