This team has a lot more problems than a pass rusher or a WR will solve. They just aren't very talented overall and they have trouble beating mediocre teams. Ireland is the real problem and the sooner Ross realizes this, the sooner this team can actually start drafting quality players.

The offensive line, WR's and TE are very mediocre. Odrick and Misi are two high draft picks who are below average and the secondary stinks. Five years of Ireland is enough. This organization needs to hire a GM who actually knows how to build a championship quality team.

If it's not the coaching, it has to be the talent, or in this case the lack of talent on this team. Ireland is the person responsible for drafting the talent.
