The best 4th quarter from a Dolphins QB since Henne against the Jets on Monday night in 2009. Tannehill led 3 long scoring drives in the 4th quarter and was simply on fire. Not just completing passes, but throwing receivers open and hitting guys in stride. Throwing the ball downfield and avoiding pressure multiple times. He also had a few huge runs as well. Every single throw on that game-winning drive was just where it needed to be. I'm not a big stats guy but he had a perfect QB rating in the 4th. All of this against a top 5 defense.

This was very important for him as people were starting to say he couldn't get it done with the game on the line. Well, he certainly got it done today with the game on the line. Very impressive and very encouraging. What a game!

It was great, but let's not get it twisted, if it wasn't for Carp he'd have 2 more 4th quarter wins this year. And quite frankly if it wasn't for the refs last week he might have another.

Amazing quarter, awesome final drive. He was in the zone. Nice to see Bess playing angry out there as well. I've said before that he could be the best slot guy in the league under ideal circumstances.

Awesome sign to see Tannehill play that way with the game on the line. Still needs to work on his decision making a bit, but loved that he made a conscious effort to stay and work inside the pocket. Hopefully he can build on this performance and start getting better after hitting a lull the past couple of weeks.

It's also amazing how much better Tannehill looks and the offense as a whole when we can actually run the ball.

Hardkore, I've never seen Bess angry like that before. He really came to play. Kudos to Charles Clay as well. He had the kind of game I thought he'd have more often this season, great route and great catch on that touchdown. Great job by Tannehill too to buy some time with his feet and throw a beauty of a pass there.

And I loved the conscious decision to work outside the pocket, maybe if the kid can put it all together we'll have somethin with a very High upside.

I always believed that Tannehill was capable of doing what he did today with the game on the line. But some people questioned him, even though he SHOULD have had one against the Jets in week 3. There's no more should or could, he got it done.

I only saw one bad decision today, but we got lucky that it was called back on that roughing the passer penalty

I think Bess was dwelling these parts prior to the game and said "man dat Fin-o cat thank Danny Amendoola b better than me, shoot man IM PISSED"... Then he played like it.

Our offense can be so much more effective if RT continues to use his wheels like he did today. He has to take off for those easy gashes at least 3+ times a game.

Thank god Earl Thomas committed that penalty to save the INT in the end zone too.

Scary. LoL! Let's hope things work out better here for Tanne. Another big accomplishment for Tanne in this game was that, I believe he also broke Dan the Man's record for passing yards by a Dolphins' rook.

I'm not. There's no what ifs here. I know for a fact 2 missed kicks cost us 2 games. I know for a fact the Buffalo games was lost because of refs.

Just goes to show a rookie QB's best friend is a solid running game.

And nothing slows a pass rush down quicker than a QB that can burn you if you over pursue.

Tannehill made some subtle moves in that fourth quarter that were excellent, especially the TD to clay, he climbed that pocket and had to reset twice while dodging defenders..so good to see that.

I agree, but luck is part of the game, even the elite teams have a win or two because of plays like that...or even a loss or two..

Didn't we run for like 189 yards today?
That helps an offense more than most would understand.

It's amazing how good a young quarterback can play when he is protected and has a running game.
