Cavs have some nice talent... even better when Irving is out. Not a team to sleep on anymore.

Good to see the Knicks smack a team theyre supposed to smack like Detroit. Game was pretty much done at half time.

Melo shooting 53% over his last 4 and dropped 29 today.

Interesting read about Melo and there seems to be some truth that he doesnt get superstar treatment. Could be his mannerisms as he could stand to be less confrontational with the refs, but there is a major discrepancy in the amount of fouls he had called on his shots in Denver vs in NY. What I mean by the first half of the above sentence is that when he gets a fould called on him the first thing he does is complain and throw his arms up where as say Lebron pulls the ref aside and explains himself and he and the ref are usually laughing...melo could stand to not show the ref up but still the point stands....
    Some highlights: http://theknicksblog.com/knicks/melo-isnt-getting-calls-and-the-numbers-are-staggering/
-Just look at his FTA per game in Denver. He had years of 8.9 per game FOR THE SEASON. Since the trade he’s attempting 7 FTA per game.
-In his 7 plus seasons in Denver spanning 564 games Melo averaged > 10 FTAs 22.5 times per year or > 10 FTs 180/564= 32% of games played. Since he’s come to NY that number has shrunk to 18% of games played 17/92.
-In those same 564 games in Denver Melo attempted > 15 FTs 41 times. Since joining the Knicks that number has again shrunk to 4/91.

Rumors saying the Amare will come off the bench which is perfect because he should never be on the court with Melo at the same time.

a difference of 100 points in 3 pt. percentage is not similar.

When you look at them in the context of each team's offense, it really isn't that close. Ray Allen is doing what he is doing while being the 3rd or 4th option in most lineups. Terry is getting offense run for him and is at least the second option in most of his lineups.

BTW, those white hot Uni's are the same ones that they asked to wear in 2006 and were turned down by the NBA.

The Heat now has the largest amount of Uniforms for a Pro Sports Franchise.

    Live from the Internet.
I don't Miami is going to beat San Antonio. Not without Battier. He is the second most underrated player on this team (if that makes any sense)
His ability to space the floor from 4 is overlooked. I won't be necessarily surprised if they do, but I'm not expecting them to. Can't really write off a game when you have LeBron on your team (even though most HEAT fans, including myself, wrote off the Nuggets game) but my point stands.
Sect, you think they gonna go with UD, or try to plug Rashard in to the lineup? I don't know if Rashard can play any D at this point, something Shane specialized in.

I think the Spurs road trip will have more effect than Battier out. It will be the fourth game in four cities in five days for them.

I don't think the Spurs stand much of a chance on Thursday.

The Heat will be rested and fresh off of 4 days of defensive drilling.

My guess is that they will play Rashard Lewis to get some more 3 pt. shooting in the starting lineup.

Guess those people need to "fan up"

Rondo is such a clown they need to teach this guy a lesson already and suspend him 5 games or something. Huge waste of talent put into a smug *** individual.

I'm a big fan of the Nets roster this year. First, they have Dray Blatche who is one of my favorite goons in the NBA. Then you have Gerald Wallace, one of the most underrated players in my mind. And on top of that, you have Jerry Stacks just going out there getting buckets like it's 1997. I love it!

The San Antonio Spurs are actually forfeiting their game vs. Miami tonight.

    I'm not joking.

Let me repeat that...they are forfeiting.

They have sent their entire starting unit home, in protest of the schedule because "it isn't fair for the 4th game in 5 nights to be vs. the Miami Heat."

The Heat didn't forfeit their second of a B2B in Denver.....

Coach Pop is an ******* for doing this. Good people paid good money to see a good matchup.

Unreal. I took the kids last night so my wife could have a night with her friends. In return she was going to take them tonight so I could watch the game in peace.

    I want a refund.

Well then I expect a close game until the 4th quarter. Had their starters played, I think Miami blows them out.

I cant find anything about this anywhere. Is my chain being yanked?

If this is true I would suspend their starters for a further game. That is a terrible show of sportsmanship to not even be on the bench.

Duncan, Parker and Ginobli were sent home for "rest".

I know it's blasphemy to question the rgeat Popovich, but it's NOVEMBER. They have played less than 20 games. Ridiculous and embaressing for the league and its partner TNT
