I freaking hate how on 3rd down, Sherman calls a lot of routes before the marker. I know that Bush kind of bailed out Tannehill on that one though. Not on purpose but Tanny would have taken a sack with another split second.

 

He's getting a lot of help. When he is left alone Smith is wearing him out.

 

Would like to see Tannehill actually, you know, throw a ****ing touchdown someday.

 

You've played real good so far defense, but we need a takeaway.

 

Did you miss the excellent coverage on him on that 3rd down pass? Did you also miss where he shook the defender for the first down a few plays prior?

 

Very true.

 

Getting getting into space would require him be able to outrun a linebacker or DE.... hasn't happened yet. Not sure he is a good route runner out of the backfield.

 

There is something you don't see every day ... Smith getting beat

 

What do you think? Nobody's going to cover him? He's suddenly going to be all alone on the field, with no one anywhere in sight?

Those plays are the ones designed to get him in space, and he can't get a linebacker out of his back pocket.
