No no no, you don't get to do that! After basing your ENTIRE anti-Tannehill argument on PASSER RATING you don't get to dismiss Luck's. You've now successfully made your Tannehill scapegoat argument worth less than a Turkish kurus. Congratulations.

With Hartline over 1000 proves Marshall wasn't all that.

And for me, too. Yes, please do. :)

Click on "Settings" in the top right corner of your screen. On the next screen, in the left-hand column you'll see "Edit Ignore List." Click on that, and then of course you'll want to enter "shouright" in the box on the next screen. Click on "Okay" and we're all set to go!

Hey, while we make a big deal about Tannehill only having 10 TDs, let's take some comfort in the fact he only has 12 INTs .... as a rookie! And six of them came across two games. In the other 11 (not counting Jets game), he's thrown a total of 6. He's had two stretches of over 100 attempts in a row w/out a pick, including his current one.

And it's not like he's not attempting a ton of passes - he is! The TDs need to come, but let's be happy he's not exactly pick prone!

he has a better rating and completion percentage than luck, and luck has far superior weapons that helps in the "clutch" factor.
luck has been under 50% completion percentage three games in a row.

the fact of the matter is get tannehill some weapons and the sky is the limit IMO.

Wow, really? That's not good. Don't get me wrong, Luck has been a baller, but not all is necessarily as good as it seems.

WPA as explained by the site Shou uses:

    &
Now it also says a lot of positive things about the stat, because duh, its proprietary to that site. The key thing here is that creator of the stat makes it clear the stat isn't to be used for precisely the thing Shou is using it for. Surprised?

They also don't really explain how they get their numbers to determine WPA. Based on all of that, Shou, decides its the greatest stat in the history of stats. I challenged him to defend this stat in another thread and of course, he refused. Its clear now, he refused because he knows he can't defend the stat because he doesn't know enough about it or he does, and he knows its not really indicative of what he says. Either way, he also knows that since none of us know the formulas used, we can't completely disregard it, so he can cling to this bull****.

yeah his last 3 games he has had a 44.4,47.1,48.1 completion percentages.

i like luck alot and i think he is going to be great,, but he has had his fair share of struggles. every rookie struggles tannehill isnt any different, once he gets lucks weapons i think he will improve leaps and bounds.

like i said a couple weeks ago tannehill struggling is going to be a huge benefit in the long run.

Yeah, it really puts Tannehill's struggles in perspective a little bit.

And you're right, we will benefit for it - greatly IMHO!

Oh, so now you've decided to show you're actually learning something about the stat before you converse about it, eh? :)

Almost everything you've said here about what I'm doing is an assumption that's based on nothing I've done and entirely on what's going on in your own mind.

When you can step outside yourself and have a mature, adult conversation, let me know. Until then, take a hike, and welcome to my ignore list.

I don't care who it was against. It was very encouraging. Throwing great in the pocket and on the run. Using his legs to pick up yards. He was fantastic today.

My favorite thing THill does, and that's those beautiful throws on the run. That takes quite an athlete to accomplish it.

I think we are just scratching the surface of what THill can do !

good game in the development of our young qb. he moved well today in the pocket, made throws from the pocket, made throws on the run, made throws out of the pocket, ran the ball at opportune times. really a fun game to watch if your a fan, i hope thill can continue to develop, he is a very good athlete and could be a terrific qb for our fins for years to come,,, how sweet would that be

One of those Tannehill put it in the only place it could be, and hit Hartline right in the chest. It wasnt one of the easiest... but thats a catch that has to be made.

I could have said all that then, I didn't because you were the one being a douche....and you still are.

You are putting undue emphasis on this stat, and you're doing it without explaining yourself but demanding everyone else justify theirs. Its beyond ridiculous now. Back up your bull**** or admit you're a fraud. For the record, if you go on and on about me again or dance around the very direct question in front of you, then we'll take that as your admittance to being full of crap. The ball is in your court.

The pass down the seam was so sweet..if I recall, it was of the perfect velocity and touch variety.

I say Hartlines was easy because I think that catch is easy..right in the chest with your arms in a cradling position..

Did the defender get his hand on the Thigpen pass? I was in the stadium and couldn't see a good replay, but it look like he did from where I was.
