not sure what's more surprising... Calvin traded or the Saints and Cowboys making deals... with each other. Almost like they are friends in RL or something
first trade we've made in 9 years. I think then the center piece was Darren Howard. wow. we mite have another one comin up today.
Why does it matter? It's not like you can trade them now or anything like that... you can work out trades for them now anyways (or you would even if I said not to) so I don't see why you want the numbers to be finalized so bad. Here are tentative numbers but we're going to wait it out because the numbers will only get lower depending on what cuts are made in the NFL in the next two weeks or so. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap10...ag-numbers-tentatively-set-2013-cap-near-121m
So the Broncos win the Colts trade IMO. Unless Troy can play a full season then I'd wager Colts win it but giving up a first might be enough to swing in favor for the Broncos.
You have the tentative numbers, those are good enough for planning purposes. Unrestricted free agency is pretty unknown so you can only "plan" so much.
I was going to go after a WR in FA anyways and I can almost promise you I wouldnt have been able to get a top wr for 5 mil. And Troy is always a high risk high reward at this point in his career but again trading Tom Z for him was a no brainer but the first was more than I wanted to give but the Colts had absolutley no mid picks.
Yup I've accounted for $7 million right now. Byrd is the reason I'm trying to shed some cap space. I'm too tight up when I need to fill 2 starters and another 14 or so spots to get to 53 man roster with only $12 million approx in space.
They Lions' draft pick salaries are currently at $15.2M total. Their cap number is currently at $90M with 52 players on the roster. I think they'll be OK.. they are just going to have a very young team.
FYI Paul... Boik is deleting the posts in the Official Trade Thread... really you're just punishing him you *******.
