The Franchise Tag List 2013

I honestly did not see that one coming. Takes one guy off my list that I would have thought to have been available.

 

He's a restricted free agent, those tenders get done later on I believe.

 

No need. He's a restricted free agent, so I'm sure they will tender him at a high amount

 

Cook and Jennings reportedly will not receive the tag either. Still awaiting news on Bowe.

 

Cook was going to force them to tag him as a WR if the decided to use the tag. Based on his being predominately lined up in the slot and not as a TE. Had the tried to tag him as a TE, there was going to be a big dispute with the NFLPA that Tennessee probably just decided to avoid.
