I think not a joke. The Dolphins do things first class when they really want someone.

Yep, and Brian Hartline said in his interview on the Dolphin's website that he would be available to go to these diners to help recruit.

I've read that Miami sends limos to pickup the players at the airport and puts them up at a 5 star hotel. Cut no corners. When they go to Cincy, the Bengals expect them to come to the facility by taxi and they get a meal voucher. Something like that, or so I read.

I'd be more excited about us signing Keller at this point than I was with Wallace. Keller killed us for years man..The guy can win games for you and we have seen that firsthand. I was stoked about Wallace and he is the prize piece in all of this but i'm gonna be hyped up if we ink Keller too. We would have just gotten the two best offensive players off of two teams that have played in big time playoff games recently. I am all about this going down....Get it done....Buy him whatever the hell he wants to eat and lets get this done!

@JeffDarlington As I just reported on @nflnetwork, I'm told TE Dustin Keller just arrived at the Dolphins' facility for his meeting with the team.

I would say yes since it was reported they would talk terms after the physical.

This would be a nice and cheaper alternative to Jared cook.

Nope. And they have little cap room with which to operate, at least not unless they trade Revis.

I think Keller is done with Noo Yawk.

the hold up is that he thinks he is worth jared cook money, and he really is worth closer to fasano money.

it's called grooming. You bring in a young stud WR, Bess becomes expendable or trade bait.

Ugh..was hoping he'd slide out of Miami. He's useless as a blocker. Going to have to invest in a 2nd TE who can block well. Puts up less then a Fasano avg (outside of last year)....just gets more opportunity.

    "sigh" "rolling eyes"
Dustin Keller was the best offensive player on the New York Jets in my opinion. He was their biggest producer that they had...Their go to guy.

Mike Wallace was the best offensive player on the Steelers in my opinion. He was their biggest producer and a home run threat....Their go to guy.

Both have made huge plays in the biggest of games...We call them playoff games.

Three explanations wrapped up into one..Should form a nice triangle type picture in your head of equal sides.

Um, Pittsburgh has a guy at QB named Ben Roethlisberger who is their best offensive player. He may be a turd off the field, but he's the Steelers's foundation on offense. There is a reason Mike Wallace is twice as productive with Ben as he was without Ben.

Even though people with more intimate knowledge of the steelers admit he was used out of position and is a better route runner than you say.

Heath Miller & Big Ben would argue that point

Keller wasn't even the leading TE receiver on the Jets.

The problem with Wallace was Haleys offense is a shorter passing game, quick drops and passes. But Wallace also went into a funk also. Hopefully he is the 2011 Wallace!

I have ZERO hate for Mike Wallace. I just think that Proportion is a very very good thing, especially all things considered.

Mike Wallace is a home-run hitter. Nothing less, nothing more...and I mean that second part tongue in cheek. I will obviously root him on, and hope that the rookie QB can find him down the seam for some big-hitters...but until I see that, perspective is a very very good thing

I really really like the Keller signing, but again, there are huge question marks about him.

If neither of these guys had question marks, and very considerable ones, they would'nt have hit FA as easy as they have, ESPECIALLY Wallace in Pittsburgh. That team doesn't give up on "Thier best offensive players" so easily. They are one of the top 3 Front Offices in the league..and I can't stand them for it lol.....

Instead of blaming the good people that keep sanity in this insane assylum, why don't you just drop them a subtle hint. They ALL have MODERATOR in their Avatar. They are easy to spot
