Randy Kiper: The Baltimore Ravens made some interesting moves thus far this season. This caused them to have a dire need at receiver with Santonio Holmes and Jacoby Jones leading the way... a very unspectacular set of starters. Cordelle Patterson may take some time to grow but he has all the tools you need to be a successful NFL wide receiver. Size, check. Speed, check. Raw athleticism, check. The Ravens wide receiver coach has some work ahead of him but Patterson should be a good wide receiver once he's comfortable with the NFL system. Kiper Grade: B+

Randy Kiper: The Houston Texans had their sights set on Lane Johnson, the athletic tackle out of Oklahoma, to shore up the vacancy left by the departed Duane Brown. Johnson doesn't have the technique that tackles such as Joeckel or Fisher possess right now but because he started playing tackle in 2011, you gotta give him a pass here. He should be able to learn the system quickly up in Houston and I wouldn't be surprised if they landed themselves a Pro Bowl tackle in two years... but you gotta shake their head at them trading a fifth round pick to move up one spot. You know Tennessee wasn't getting any other calls about that pick. Kiper Grade: A-
Randy Kiper: At this point it's all about value and the Tennessee Titans sure did snag some excellent value in Star Lotulelei. Lotulelei is simply an athletic freak for his size that I think will be the next generation Haloti Ngata. Star is simply bigger, faster, and stronger than anyone else I know that stand 6'4" and tip the scales at 320 pounds. The Titans really needed someone to pair with Jurrell Casey in their interior defensive line and they selected the perfect fit... you've got to say that Titans have top five depth at defensive tackle now too. Kiper Grade: A

Randy Kiper: Now here is an interesting selection where you sit back and say... this GM has a player higher on his board than my board. Datone Jones is definitely a fantastic player but sometimes it's all about drafting players at the right time. I think the Browns GM could have shopped the pick a little bit harder with Jarvis Jones and Kenny Vaccaro on the board. I heard the Rams GM was pulling his hair out after the Ravens selected Vaccaro at #14 overall. Regardless Jones is no question the best 3-4 defensive end prospect in the draft so they got the talent but the value isn't all there. Kiper Grade: B+
Randy Kiper: I know some are a little down on Jarvis Jones right now because of his terrible Pro Day earlier this week however you just gotta say to those people... look at the tape. I don't get how many times he can bench press four plates, how fast he runs 40 yards, or any of that. I care about what's on the tape. Jones should be able to enter the NFL as a strongside 4-3 linebacker in the Buccaneers system where he'll be doing a little bit of everything. Definitely a strength their linebackers are with Lavonte David and DeMeco Ryans as the other two starters. However I think they need to address that defensive tackle position very soon. Kiper Grade: A
Randy Kiper: The Ravens GM got a little ahead of himself by announcing his selection then having the rug pulled from under him. Now he's left with a pair of Longhorns starting safety and one pissed off Rams GM. Kenny Vaccaro is a very impressive athlete and probably the most complete safety prospect in this year's draft. He simply has the speed and athleticism to make plays all over the field whether it's against the run or the pass. I think the Griffin-Vaccaro Combination should be a good one for years to come in Baltimore. Kiper Grade: A-
Randy Kiper: They're gonna get Ziggy With It in New Orleans and for good reason... he's got a lot of raw talent that either makes scouts salivate over him or scares them off. The Saints GM believes that he can be an All-Pro defensive end at the next level and so do I. Ansah has the size, speed, and strength to make New Orleans fans forget all about the departed Will Smith. It's a little ironic and funny that they sent ole Will Smith packing... then got Ziggy With It. Kiper Grade: A

Randy Kiper: Xavier Rhodes was the consolation price for the Rams after losing out on the Kenny Vaccaro Sweepstakes but the Rams are so use to losing out on their free safety targets... they've become to treat it as the norm. What they got in Xavier Rhodes should numb that pain because he has the size and the playmaking ability to be a very good corner in the NFL. It seems like Rhodes can always deliver the hit to knock the ball loose or just track the ball to make a play on it as well. I think the Rhodes pick was good one for St. Louis and it'll be interesting to see if they can do the same at pick #22. Kiper Grade: A

Randy Kiper: I can't say that I am the biggest Bjoern Werner fan in the draft however I will say that the Bengals are a perfect fit for them. I don't think Werner can rush from the right side but they have Michael Johnson for that and not to mention Osi Umenyiora as well. Werner was an obvious value pick and understandably so. I think Werner could be a day one starter for Cincinnati unless they want to ease him in. I think the best thing to do is start Werner at left end, Michael Johnson at right end, and you have a fantastic rotational piece in Osi Umenyiora. Very good value and a very nice pick overall. Kiper Grade: A-
