I have arguably two-three guys with first round grades left available. One might be the one you're talking about as well.
I didnt say everything was wrong with Allen. Hes just not one of my favorites. Woods isnt either. Doesnt mean its a bad value. Value is relative to where you expect a player to get picked. A favorite is a matter of opinion. You got good value with Allen and if he turns out as you expect its a steal.
We are all speculating lol. For all we know Allen could be the best WR since Jerry Rice. I do like Allen better than Woods though and like I kept saying you got value with him where you picked him.
Curious. So someone with a RT need is going to be singing Sweet Home ALABAMA while a D.J. spins...and marvel over what a FLUKE of a pick it was.
Just as bad as the sillyness of not using names outright. Meanwhile the regular draft would be stalking him with 20 cameras asking a dozen people stupid questions.
Well, he is the best WR in this draft out of USC. He's the only WR in this draft out of USC. Couldn't disagree more. I think Woods is a solid WR, but nothing he does stands out to me. I see him very similar to former USC WR Steve Smith. Not a big fan of his upside whereas I think there are quite a few guys in this draft with nice upside.
It's not silly. It's similar to not revealing your team's draft board. Another team should not be rewarded if they don't realize a particular player is still available to be drafted.
Which is indeed silly and limits the hell out of discussion. Not to mention strategy if it convinces someone to take said player and push another down the board. Half the fun is the rampant speculation. People are way too paranoid (says the guy who invited people to guess his picks lol). But hey 'vague' it is.
If participants truly do not pay attention to the available players....why even participate?? Always thought the name dropping conspiracy was over the top. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
Hell and if they aren't....like they are going to sift thru all this chat to ;p And 'said player' is pretty darn obvious by now. Just wonder if it's typical of the league for that position or whether folks have issues with said players game. Getting into an interesting part of the draft to where I think QB's are of value....curious to see if they start dropping soon or if they drag on also.
Name dropping here is ridiculous. Because its real easy for one person, obviously not an entire draft room to over look a player or just forget about them. For instance, I tried to trade up to 36 for cheap to get Fluker, but at this point I was sure he was going to drop in the middle of round for being looked over. Now obviously someone could either not look him over or someone that forgot about him is gonna try and trade up for him.
Personally I think its 1, 000 times ruder for people to get on the board explaining why THEY think a draft pick or an acquisition was bad. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
