Miami Dolphins New logo/uniforms Thread

"You'll see a lot of the logo around town leading up to the April 25 announcement," Dolphins CEO Mike Dee.
Smart, cats already out of the bag, you still have surprise with the unis, why not get moving on the change and slowly turn over

 

I like the idea somebody expressed a few pages back about having stripes on the arm sleeves. I think that could work well and I don't think any NFL teams are doing it yet.

 

i hope our new uniforms look somewhat like the canes I love there set up

 

Omgoodness, I'm in love with this stuff...the aqua and white, with that little bit of orange, so choice..see that little orange Nike swoosh, upper right shoulder, it's fu&$in beautiful man.

 

JT, why did you change you Avy to that thing?

 

I always wanted an alternate jersey that took the orange and white numbers and put it them on the white jersey, that would look clean.

I don't like it.
Say what you want but it's my opinion and has nothing to do with rejecting change.
It takes away from what this franchise's logo has been since 66'. Just doesn't look right and it won't GROW on me.
Think Ross used a Florist for this design.

Hey...in a weird way...that hartline photo kinda resembles the new LOGO!!!!!

 

For me if it's the white jersey, with orange and white letters, with an orange collar and orange and green pre 2012 sleeve stripes

 

I wouldn't mind us having a patch on the upper chest like the Jaguars.
Have the border and background in the darker aqua/navy.
orange piping around the perimeter.
FINS written in aqua across the top
and an an outline of a dolphin fin protruding above water below it in aqua.

Personally, I'd rather see something like that than have logos on both sleeves a foot away from the the logos already on each side of the helmet.

 

Well based on the new logo it should not be Fins or Phins, it should be Asians

Hahahahahahahaha, this post is the greatest one ever.

This has nothing to do with disliking chnage, but I really dislike change!!!

 

It looks damn good up there. Hard to deny how damn good that logo look when you now add it to content.

They have also updated their FB and Twitter with it.

Twitter even added the new (original) aqua color in for the background.

 

Not hard at all, logo denied.

While I don't agree about the team leaking it, I definitely think they used the feedback they got from that incident, thus the eye.

I don't think they considered feedback after the prototype was released and changed it.

I think they leaked the prototype, because prototypes almost always look worse than final versions. So most people that hated it now think it isn't half bad. Expectations are exceeded because expectations were low.

 

I just wish they would really drop the navy. Someone (maybe 20-30 pages back) did a mock of the new logo but with orange instead of navy and IMO looked so much better. Still holding out hope that the jerseys will have a classic look with no drop shadow numbers and striped sleeves.
