Merged: Incredible Hulk (w/ movie trailer)

I thought it was good, haven't seen Iron Man yet but comapred to the last Hulk this was much better.

 

I just watched it, very good movie. As said above much better than the first. Is it as good as iron imho no.. but very good none the less.

Just got back from seeing it with my son.
I was surprised, I liked it a lot. Very good movie, though not quite as engaging as Iron Man.
I thought about it and the thing I disliked about the first movie and liked about this one was the quality of the Banner character in this one vs the first. Basically, in the first movie, Bana's Banner was a wimp. He let events control him and was far too passive about almost everything. Norton's Banner, while physically less imposing, and while maintaining a perforce Zenlike calm through the movie, seemed to be an active player in his fate.

 

Yeah we went and saw it last night as well. Thought it was head and shoulders better than the first one. Really enjoyed it and was another good Marvel movie. Seems now they are making they own movies we can prolly come to expect much better production of there movie.

 

i thought it was cool in the beginning when they had blue prints of weapons Stark industries name flew across the board

 

I caught this yesterday. I liked the storyline, making it a Fugitive-type movie was a smart movie. Also nice to give the Hulk someone he could actually fight. As a comic book movie, it was pretty much everything you look for. 4/5 stars.

I may be crazy, but I thought Liv Tyler looked like she had duck lips throughout. Thought that was kind of gross.

THE GREATEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME! EVEN BETTER THEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE!!! Seriously, I thought it was VERY solid. They stuck to HULK's origin how it should be, the special effects were incredible and the plot was solid! INCREDIBLE!

 

He's the guy who played hulk in the 70's right? I thought that it might be him. It was quite cool to give him a short cameo. It kinda of paid homage to the old school.

 

he also voiced the hulk, which i thought was pretty cool

Good Movie waaaaaayyyyy better than the 1st one but not as good as Iron Man IMO.
Little slow at moments for me but i liked how they tied alot of the old show into the movie.

 

Very good, much better than I was expecting. I dont think it was as good as Iron Man, but Tony Stark is just such a cool character that the Hulk didnt really have a chance. Marvell has really stepped up their game with the last two offerings.

 

i cannot wait for the Captain America and Avengers movies. If they are anything like these past 2 marvel movies they are gonna rock. I am also semi-excited to see the thor movie . Ant-Man to me sounds like its gonna be a horrible movie if they do make it,

Whether Captain America succeeds depends entirely on the casting. Casting Cap will be monumentally difficult. You can't get a normal actor because Cap has to be very muscular: he doesn't have a suit and he doesn't turn into a monster, and he can't count on Spider Powers---he's just the ultimate in human physical ability. But the actor also has to be good enough to pull it off, the whole "fish out of water" thing about a man out of his time, and be earnest about it rather than campy. It's gonna be tough.

 

It was. It was a good movie. Sorry you didn't enjoy it, but it most certainly didn't suck.

Can this movie take #1 again??? I think so... The Love Guru will be the hardpress competition, Mike Myers is a genius. There aren't any other summer blockbuster type of movies out this week though...

 

the first cap. movie is gpnna be set in WW2. Avengers is gonna be "fish out of water" time. And i agree that it'll be difficult to pull off, but Capt America and the avengers are my favorite comic books so i'll probably end up liking it unless its horrible.also, capt america doesn't have a suit?since when, his suit covers all of him except for his face.

 

This new Hulk was MUCH better than the first. I really enjoyed it. Not as good as Iron Man, but it held its own.

 

I meant a powered suit of armor, like Iron Man.

 

As far as I'm aware it should be Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, HULK and possibly Ant-Man? It will be STELLAR and I know Favreau and Louis Letterrier have voiced that they would like to direct it... Scheduled for 2011 which so is Cap, that will be interesting.

 

they are also making a nick fury movie i believe. They are making a movie of each of the original avengers before making the avengers movie i guess.

LOL! right... Half of the MARVEL universe are in New York City. You'd think someone would've shown up! Spider-Man, Daredevil, Punisher, Luke Cage, the Fantastic Four, on and on... And the same for the rest of the MARVEL movies or superheroes in general. Why hasn't Superman ever showed up to help Batman?

While watching I was thinking how awesome a movie Captain America will be after seeing what Blonsky could do with the Super Soldier Serum.

I loved the ending with him controlling the Hulk's powers and when it happens it will no longer be an incident. Of course when Stark showed up that was a great scene as well.

 

Saw it on Saturday, great movie. Very close to as good as Iron Man IMO, close. Glad to see Marvel making some great movies of their characters.

 

TIH is supposed to be released on dvd on like Nov. 25th, and at least the BR release will have an extra 70 minutes of footage (bringing runtime just over 3 hours). I'm pretty sure the regulard dvd will be extended too, but that may only be on a special edition for a few bucks more.

 

I read that it will actually be like 50 minutes of footage and I doubt it will be any smashing. They wouldn't pay out the kind of cash for CGI and then cut it from the movie, that would be a HUGE shocker. It should be the "Norton" cut of the movie with more character development and storyline. I'm sure it will be great though! Saw it twice already and it was brilliant the second time!
