New rumor is that Charlie Humm (Sons of Anarchy) likeness is being used in concept art for the character of The Flash and thus is a favorite to land the role if/when a JL or Flash movie is made.
I had no idea who he was so i did a search, that's how I realized his name was wrong, lol. If he's the target, which Flash is this gonna be, Allen or West?
No clue, WB probably doesn't even know, but I'd assume it would probably be Barry Allen since he came before Wally West. That way if they ever do make a Flash franchise and it ends and they reboot, the reboot could be focused on the West character. Just my opinion/speculation though.
Yeah, but on the flipside, they're going to need to someone who is funny to break up the seriousness a little, and that screams Wally. However, if they want to distance themselves from the Green Lantern movie, they could always dump Hal Jordan and go with Kyle Rayner and he could be the smart ***.
My guess is they would probably just recast Hal Jordan like Marvel did with The Hulk in The Avengers, and possibly just follow the Marvel's model with The Hulk character if they choose to give Green Lantern another solo movie, where they just recast the character and sort of semi reboot but not really.
If they cast him as The Flash, they sure better teach him how to walk. Have you ever seen the way he struts on SOA? He walks like a white biker version of George Jefferson. I'd be shocked if JL is out in 2015. Most likely you'll see a Man of Steel sequel in 2015, perhaps a Batman reboot in 2016 and maybe JL in 2017.
