Obviously Jerry and Martin are two. Not sure how only 1 more was over 300 pounds between Richie, Garner, Chandler Burden, and Andrew McDonald though.
Well, when they weigh in Cameron Wake, they subtract 35 lbs for his giant dong. You can't hold that against a guy. So, technically 4.
Heres a video of the the dolphins workouts, man you see cogs bangin' out some real pull ups (not that army ****) hehe. That's impressive he's over 300 lbs. http://www.miamidolphins.com/media/...ts-Begin/ba643039-261d-4bbd-8d75-c96e993d99f0
Agreed. NO Way there are only 3 over 300. He has to be confused (wouldn't be the 1st or 50th time for him). Maybe it was only 3 **Under** 300. That makes way more sense, though I do think Philbin may want his guys lighter and more mobile. --- On the other topic - Martin does look broader in the shoulders and chest (hope his legs are bigger, he needs to be stronger there, for sure) but still does have a doughy look. Maybe still some "baby fat." He is only 23. Hopefully that gain to 318 is muscle and workouts. This could be a big two months for him. And, if he looks strong and impressive, that may impact the draft a bit. Best case scenario is that Martin really puts in the hard work and gets better (I think the potential is really there). Then, we have flexibility to get a RT in the draft (later than #12).
Jarvis Jones would be a great addition to the other two - I'm just skeptical about his 4.9 speed if he's going to be OLB in a 4-3. If they are going to use him primarily in pass rush then great. I think eventually Jones can be a James Harrison type player. He has that kind of thunder when he hits.
Possible he's gained muscle and lost fat, however. He could've weighed 312 a year ago, with 50 pounds of fat, and 318 now, with 40 pounds of fat.
I could get really graphic as to what I would do with Rihanna, lets just say I would like to butter her muffin..
Arnold was a bad *** in pumping iron...I don't agree with Clean on this one, Arnolds elongated musculature and deep lines were spectacular..Frank Zane had the prettiest body though.
People need to keep in mind that Pumping Iron was a Docudrama, not a Documentary. All of Arnold's so called shenanigans, were all scripted and everyone played their part. Arnold was a real jerk/dick in his last Mr. Olympian. So much so that Mike Metzer came close to kicking his as back stage. The whole contest was rigged in Arnolds favor by Joe Weider. Frank Zane was so pissed with his second place finish that he smashed his trophy in the parking lot and vowed never to compete again.
I think I would know if I were watching Pumping Iron, so the answer to that is, no. Who are all of the bodybuilders from Arnold's day who say so many nice things about him? Where did you see or read that?
I remember watching the making of Pumping Iron or behind the scenes or whatever not that long ago and there were quite a few that said good things about him and a couple he was training back then. I don't remember their names bc I really could care less about BB.
