The grade process is usually what? 4-5 years later? Isn't that how it works. People always say look at these guys a few years down the road and then we can grade how this team drafted.
Five years ago..2008 damn time is going fast. This is a draft I remember watching all the way through.
Strictly look at the later rounds right now here is some cool stuff I found.

Notable names from the 4th round where we will picking soon...
Tyvon Branch, Quentin Demps, Craig Steltz, Red Bryant, Tony Hills. We took Shawn Murphy...

I honestly remember at that point I wanted Adrian Arrington from Michigan (WR), RB Thomas Brown from Georgia, WR Lavelle Hawkins from Cal, Peyton Hillis (who I would have got right), RB Mike Hart, LB Erin Henderson. Those were names I was personally familiar with and those were the names I wanted to see us take. Not too many of them worked out very well in the NFL.

    Fifth round:
    Some good names man!
Brandon Carr, Carl Nicks, Orlando Scandrick, Jerome Felton, Tim Hightower, Kroy Bierman. We didn't have a pick in that round.

    Sixth round:
Erick Walden, Trevor Scott, Ryan Mundy, Mike Gibson, Pierre Garcon, and we hit on Donald Thomas (sort of).

    Seventh round:

Matt Flynn, Our own Nate Garner (Jets took him), Demetrius Bell, STEVIE JOHNSON, Payton Hillis, Cary Williams, Justin Forsett, and we of course took Lionel Dotson leaving guys like Jameel McLain, Danny Amendola, Wesley Woodyard, BenJarvis Green-Ellis, Jo-Lonn Dunbar, Doug Legursky, and Eric Foster on the table. We did come away with Davone Bess who ended up becoming a top five all time favorite Dolphin.

All in all our draft record looking back at it from that year...

    Long-B, Merling-F, Henne, Langford-B+ considering he's still doing well in St. Louis., Murphy-F, Jalen Parmele-C-, Lionel Dotson-D-.
We did get Bess who gets an A for being undrafted and very productive, and this upcoming season seems to be a make or break for Nate Garner who at this point gets an incomplete.

My whole point to this is that this draft is no different from any other draft. We have to pick wisely in these later rounds. Hopefully we already have picked wisely.

Swope has concussion issues, teams are really hesitant to touch guys with that problem b/c it does not get better.

Okafor..damn..another one off of my board...we are up

Because he's tough, strong, has great hands, runs good routes, quick off the snap, reliable. Very similar to Wes Welker.

Love this pick. High risk high reward and we need a good backup ILB. If he recovers from his injury problems we just got a steal.
