Right now I sit in section 115 row 9. Which is the 30 yrd line on the visitors side.
Have a chance to move to sect 146 row 21. Which is the home side on the goal line.
The main reason I would be moving is to get the sun to our backs. It's brutal staring
at the sun for 3 hours. Also it would be great to be on the home side. I figure moving
up to row 21 will give a better view of the far side of the field.
I've had my seats for 18 years so its a tuff choice.
    Thought?

Take the home side, it increases the chances of opponent fans getting roasted in the sun.

I am in Section 153 22 rows back... face the home side bench and have the sun off about 1 1/2 hour after the games start (1 PM).. At 4 PM there is no sun there, just shade...

They are the bst seats I have ever had...

and add a special gift... The closer look at the cheerleaders...

Have you looked at the 3D seating to compare?

Given you are 12 rows higher that's a bonus for vision that may offset to some degree the loss of centrality from the other side. Plus with the sun more at your back you should be able to see a bit better.

It's all about the game experience and how much you can tolerate the sun (to each his own on that). For me, esp. as I get older, I want more comfort and enjoyment so being on the side with less sun would be a bonus. But, tough call.

That's what I was thinking. they had lower rows but I figured a little higher would be better. Staring at the sun is brutal.

Change to the home side. I sat on the visitors side for years, and once I switched to the home side the experience was so much better. Lets out of town fans AND the sun isn't roasting you as badly. win win.

If the sun is the issue and you like the seats remember there may be a roof coming. Maybe wait a month to see if the renovation comes through. Also make sure your seat location is the same, or better and the homeside is still the same in the new stadium design/update .

You've had those seats for 18 yrs so you like something there. another yr before a possible roof but whats a yr if you like the seats
