sigh. your team wins a title..then wins 66 games...and runs off 27 straight..you can say whatever the **** you want. and they won one ring together because they only had two chances. The second one is this year. As for reeling off 3 straight titles..let's talk a year and 2 months from now.

My real question is if LeBron will win any more. Even if he deserves it, I suspect some voter fatigue will kick in. We might see MVP Kevin Durant, MVP Chris Paul, maybe even MVP James Harden.
I don't see someone else winning it until those other guys close the gap. Nobody is even close to LeBron right now.
Call it what you want Pats fans....as of now you got ONE. Yet you still act as if you have 3. It's arrogance, and that's ok. Just don't pretend your logical.
Defense has been superb for NY thus far, our guards( Felton excluded) are just so afraid to take a layup. Up 10, but you can feel the momentum slipping.
http://aol.sportingnews.com/nba/sto...st-vincent-st-mary-high-school-akron-gym-heat He's OBVIOUSLY doing this because he's going home after next year.
In the end, all it took was a regulars set with a swing pass for a 3, magnificent how that works instead of an ISO.
Well when Iso Woodson is calling Iso for Melo with his hurt shoulder that kinda falls on the coach. Luckily Melo eventually realized it and gave the ball to Felton then proceeded to drain a 3 and swat Pierces shot sending JR on a break. Finally...the knicks are in the 2d round. The good news is Boston is probably a tougher/dirtier team inside then Indiana
Who is Ian? I know who Iman Shumpert is. Stick Shumpert on Paul George, Melo on David West and watch the Pacers struggle to score. Knicks need to stay composed though. They get stupid on the floor sometimes. This will be good for them though cause Boston is a challenge in a half court game. Woodson just said Sunday in the postgame interview...
Auto correct, coupled with my drunkeness and joy will do that. Sunday?? That's bad for us. Going to enjoy this one before I start talking about losing game 1 at home.
Initial thoughts on Indiana series... We need Amare back real fast..we can't go small against a team that rebounds like they do, especially offensive. They are a BAD offensive team, but lets be honest so was Boston. I'll say it again, when you are a non attacking jump shooting team you can lose to anyone on any given night.
Interdasting series coming up for the Knicks. So you're telling me Indiana had been playing basketball games this entire time?
Amare probably isnt going to be back in G1. Maybe for G2. He wasnt going to play in G7 vs Boston if there was one. The good news Carmelo and JR cant possibly shoot much worse. And Indiana has even less offense then Boston if thats possible. What could be real fun is antagonist vs antagonist (JR vs Lance Stephenson)...there may be some fists between those two before long.
Congrats on your first playoff series win in over a decade Knicks fans. I'd be worried about having to play Indiana on short notice. The fatigue afctor could be a *****, especially for your older guys.
The Knicks do a good job of rotating the older players. The guys who generally see the most minutes?? Melo, JR, Chandler, Shumpert, Felton?? Average age, 27.
Meanwhile, Mike Conley and those pesky Grizzlies are looking like they will advance. As a whole the West is SOOOO much better than the East it's sickening.
Which is good if we want Cp3 in the offseason. At least if the Clippers go out in round 1 theres a chance he leaves. And even more interesting...Houston is up 10 in the late 3rd vs OKC.
Al Jefferson, Josh Smith, D12, Mayo, Igo, Monta Ellis: http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/8589693/nba-free-agents-2013-2014 We dont have cap though unless its for the Low level exception i think. We do have contracts stacked for sign and trades though....someone will have to want to be here though. The good thing about this CBA is teams cant rape idiot Dolan for additional firsts anymore as throw ins and because of the Melo trade we cant trade anymore firsts unless we first purchase one during the draft from a team that doesnt want theirs because they dont want the guaranteed contract.
Josh Smith on a team with Melo would be a bad fit IMO. NY is going to start appealing to veteran FAs looking for a chance to win a ring, I would expect us to get some pretty good bargains in the coming years.
If the Knicks advance again Miami is going to look like they are playing on fast forward after series against the Celtics and Pacers
Not the same. The Knicks aren't a fast breaking team and don't move the ball like the Heat. The ball moves on offense a lot faster from us than you. And you get two of the most plodding teams in the NBA to set the tempo.
This wasn't a Heat offense compared to a Knick offense? It was a Bulls offense compared to a Knick offense. You guys are so defensive.
Missing the point. The comparison is the differential between going from the Celtics/Pacers to the Heat and the Bulls to the Knicks. The change in speed is far greater in what the Knicks will be facing than for the Heat. Believe it or not a statement can be made without it being defensive.
