gets me pumped for this year. We FINALLY have a QB! It seems like Tannehill is much better when we roll him out of the pocket and use his athleticism. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORTgXqG70MY
Great video! After being a Fins fan my entire life I was lucky enough to go to the Cincy and Indy games for my first 2 games ever! Can't wait to see how much better he is this year
Bess and heart line both had some big plays in that Oakland game, followed by that huge outing vs Arizona when I think they were tip ranked on defense
Nice video. I like that it had his highs and lows. I really like Tannehill and I think that he'll be markedly better in 2013.
Very nice! At first it made me miss Bess, then I started thinking about Wallace and his jets, and seeing him make a few of those catches, especially the ones in space. There would be some TD's in there! Same with Fasano, who I miss. If this team meshes the sky is the limit. It is all on Philbin and Tannehill now.
Barring the finale against the jets, i saw marked improvement down the stretch. I think the arrow is pointing UP.
Looking back at it, we are going to be so glad in a year or two that his first game was against a defense like the Texans. I believe it significantly accelerated his learning curve. He progressed more than anyone expected. I think it was due to that game and the speed they showed. Can't wait for this season.
After watching this I decided two things: 1- I wish we didn't get rid of Bess. 2- Clay has a good amount of potential.
Gibson is a better fit IMO. He's a better blocker, plus his size makes him a better target down the field and in the red zone.
I think Gibson isn't as good in the slot, however I do think Gibson is better on the outside. He has also been a pretty decent red zone wide receiver.
I'm not saying we should have not gotten gibson... I'm just saying it couldn't have hurt to keep both.
Fasano made some nice blocks like in the Raider game for Tann to score and some nice TD catches himself.
That's an interesting thought, so if you think he faces a bad defense first, it could give him a false sense from the get? Better to make it easier on him the following week instead of shocked?
