Lol...you must not be married. More kids doesn't mean lots of sex. I have 6 kids. All that means is I've been lucky 6 times.
A kid with a disability isn't really something to joke about to be honest. If I'm wrong I'm wrong, but I don't think that its a good way to go.

Yep. All girls too. and they are without a doubt the greatest thing to ever happen to me. 6 girls with 7 years difference between the oldest and youngest. I can't tell you the joy of having 6 little girls in nighties run up to you before bed and all fight to be the first to kiss you goodnight. I'm about to ****ing cry out of happiness thinking about it right now. Lol
I can't remember a day with my daughters that I regret. My wife and I started late so all 6 are still at home so maybe I'll want to jump off a bridge in the future, but not now. Lol
I only have two girls, but I get your feeling. Of course, when they are all teenagers, you may be singing a different tune. but being the father of a little girl is the best feeling in the world and I feel for Ireland. my littlest in autistic (mild). makes you put everything else in perspective and realize all these petty little things people get worked up about are a complete waste of time.

Imo, this is his third year as the GM, and I think Ryan's ceiling is directly tied to his job..if Ryan is average then I think you've got to let him go, if he reaches that play making level and turns into a very good to great player, then I think his job should be safe.
