SEC I know you loved the vintage D Wade from last night. Do you think he can dial it up like that again in this series with the bum knee?
Splitter just can't catch a break. http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/sto...equivalents-lebron-james-block-tiago-splitter
I think Parker is fine, but once Spo has keyed in on how he wants him defended will struggle the rest of the series. His best offense will have to be his getting others involved IMO.
We have about 100 ways if we put our minds to it. Parker has gone from the most underrated PG to the most overrated within the span of the WCF to now. If you play Parker physical and force your rhythm upon him instead of letting him dictate the pace he is extremely human. That isn't a down on him....he's just like every other player in the NBA.
I didn't say he isnt great. But he isn't even the best PG in the league or even the WC and you're saying he's unstoppable somehow? That is a form of being overrated.
Who do you think is a better PG in the league this year? Parker was a legitimate second choice for MVP behind Lebron until he got injured.
I'm not even speaking about solely this season. What I'm saying is that if I want a PG there are some I'd take ahead of Parker (CP3, Rose, Rondo, Westbrook) You may disagree and believe Parker is better, and he may be but he is in no way "unstoppable".
I'm actually relaxed and noty worried about this game. Even if they win the series going back to Miami where I doubt they win again.
I'm the opposite. I'm very worried about this one, i consider it a must win. I think we split 110% in miami but im not confident we can 2-0 it anymore.
We start making what I like to think of as "empty passes." The ball moves around the perimeter but in actuality none of the passes are creating a shot. The ball is moving for the sake of moving it but with seemingly no objective.
Well I mean of course it's not desirable but it's why I HATE the 2-3-2 format and believe it favors the road team. They stole one game in Miami and we stole it back. In a 2-2-1-1 series we most likely get the win at home tonight and have two chances to close out. In the 2-3-2 we go down but get two chances to hold serve at home which is all we need to do.
Every time Bosh screams (anytime he does anything relevant) a thick creamy substance flies from his mouth.
He is containable, but his recent struggles are more to his health than some divine plan by Spolestra.
Seriously this one is pissing me off. I can deal with a loss but this absolute lack of intensity after every win is really driving me crazy.
Danny Green with an NBA finals record for 3 pointers made in a series. Unfreakinbelievable how he's been shooting.
Seriously I saw Tony Brothers and immediately thought that Stern decided he'd prefer Miami to come home down a game.
Well being down between 9 after how poorly we played this half really isn't the worst thing ever. We showed some intensity near the end.
