Doesn't have to be. However, a smart corporation will distance itself from that same suspicious activity as quickly as possible to avoid further fallout.
As of 6:00 AM this morning ... http://www.csnne.com/blog/patriots-talk/report-warrant-issued-hernandezs-arrest This prosecutor, it appears, is doing this step by step. No chance of a slip up .... we hope.
Wow edict from BB no doubt, stupid question and maybe wishful thinking, but maybe there is some evidence there??
Arrest warrant was issued for Hernandez for obstruction of justice, confirmed. I think this is the 1st domino in this for Hernandez, there will be more to come.
No, but innocent behavior is likely to make a person look better in the public eye. I too am a firm believer in innocent until proven guilty... in a court of law. This isn't a court of law and no one here is a judge or jury. With that being the case I can think whatever I want about this suspicious POS.
No matter what I am pretty sure his career in New England is over. As far as the shooting in Miami and NE hiding it, that's doubtful. The police report did not indicate his name, so its a simple "did you do it?" And a simple "no coach" is probably the extent of any conversation if at all. I don't know. It will interesting to see how it all plays out. I'm disappointed that we are going to lose him, but if he was a part of it, then he deserves what's coming to him. Hernandez is not the face of the organization and it sounds like the front office is handling this correct and respectable. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Not accusing you of this, but asking because you're the only NE fan I know. (they are all bandwagon scum, except you ) If he WAS the face of the franchise, would you feel different? Would they handle this different? Would you expect them to?
Good point. I really don't know how I would feel tbh. Not for nothing but I don't think you can blame the organization for any of this. I mean, you root for the name on the front of the jersey not the back. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
I wonder if the obstruction of justice is a Trojan horse charge where they are looking to just get him on custody and then hit him with the heavy stuff, if they were to come out and say they are charging him with murder it might make him do something stupid.
No blame on the Pats at all. They took a chance on an evidently troubled guy and unfortunately for both, it appears to have gone south.
Oh, I agree. The ONLY thing you can kick at the orginization is that he had a checkered past and they took a risk on him (like they usually do and CAN get away with) other than that, this is all on Hernandez, and if he did what everyone thinks he did, hes a scumbag. And believe me, as a husband of a big gator fan, I watched a lot of him, and wanted the dolphins to draft him BADLYYYY
Well they have more than enough evidence for the obstruction charge so I wouldn't call it a Trojan Horse. Will they use it to their advantage if possible? Absolutely.
Well he did obstruct by smashing that stuff up but its probably a plot to question him or to see if he will run. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
I'd like to know what exact charge they are giving him. I'm not sure obstruction of justice is the exact charge.
I wasn't trying to say it was a bogus charge but its the one that don't look as bad as the ones he might face later.
Obstruction of justice in a homicide investigation is the exact words I read. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
I'm not seeing it here: http://law.onecle.com/massachusetts/268/ Could be wrong. This would be my guess http://law.onecle.com/massachusetts/268/34.html
Oh I was just talking about what I read in the news. See if we can get a copy of the actual warrant. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/e...arrant-issued-for-patriots-te-aaron-hernandez Not looking so good.
Ben Volin @BenVolin 44s RT @WesleyLowery: BREAKING: Globe law enforcement source: NO arrest warrant has been issued for Aaron Hernandez. What the **** is going on up there???
How's that different from any other day? If the cell phone, security and cleaning crew story is true then there's no way he won't be at least charged w obstruction of justice, imo.
Just listen to EEI guys. They are breaking it down. They are saying that the authorities are just literally taking their time gathering everything they need. When you arrest the clock is on, so they are willing to take a chance that he runs rather than start that clock
I'll see your Cypress Hill and raise you a RATM
Whenever they do issue the arrest warrant, the cops should come out dressed like NFL refs and throw yellow flags at his front door before pantomiming a penalty for murder and slapping the cuffs on him.
Well, lots of time in a gang related case they also squeeze who they have in custody via offering deals etc. they may just be waiting until the 'prisoners dilemma" does their work for them. Besides, where is Aaron Hernandez going to go? Tahiti and work on a fishing boat? Hardly, he's not going anywhere.
That's probably still more reliable then the Boston media right now.. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
