Travon Martin Trial

Two different maps of the events. They each have different spots for where Zimmerman left his truck.

They both show that Zimmerman did give pursuit and that the point of the altercation was out of the way for Zimmerman heading back to his truck. For Zimmerman's story to make sense, this would be impossible. Its also obvious that Zimmerman followed him whole in the vehicle to.

So I say again, pretend you're Martin walking back form the store and some guy in a truck starts to follow you slowly. Then all of a sudden the guy stops and jumps out chasing after you.

 

The first map cracks me up.

From the transcript, he was asked where he parked his truck, Zimmerman came back and said this

Then he said "I will meet them by the mail boxes" ie, he was out of his truck, and he had broken off the search, and was going to meet the police when he ran into..Trayvon Martin and the altercation began.

At least that is my take from the transcript of his 911 call

Reasonable doubt as to whether Zimmerman was in fear of his life or great bodily injury when he was getting pounded, which justifies the use of deadly force. Zimmerman walks.

 

Contrary to popular belief, shot people don't just drop dead on the spotlike you see in the movies.

And not at all, or put a better way, how could Zimmerman know what they looked like while Martin was banging him in the face?

And a different take, if Martin had those wounds on the back of his head, would they be described as "scratches" or "cuts"? Those are compression wounds RB, meaning his head hit something blunt, very hard.

Not at all. Listen to the call. He seems frightened. However, after he sees Martin run he decides to get out of his truck, not to "chase" him, but to see which direction he fled so he could tell the dispatcher. He then loses sight of Martin and starts heading back to his truck. At this point Martin comes up behind him and then sucker punches him in the face.

 

He said they always get away because Martin ran BEFORE he even got out of his truck. When Zimmerman got out and looked for him Martin was nowhere in sight.

Never said that Zimmerman was near his truck or returned to his truck and waited for the cops. I wrote that he was headed back to his truck.

This is just another fabrication of your warped sense of reality caused by, I'm sure, your inabilty to look at ANYTHING objectively due to either an inferiority complex or emotions which cause these knee-jerk reactions.

 

WHat's really crazy is that you think Martin walked up to Zimmerman's truck, saw him talking on the phone and THEN ran because he's afraid of Zimmerman and not that Zimmerman is calling the cops. If Martin was scared he could have ran straight back to his house which was about 50 yds away in less than 10 seconds. Instead he hangs around, out of sight, and then sucker punches Zimmerman. Yeah...I'm sure Martin was soooooooo afraid. I doubt Martin was afraid at all until after that round shredded his lung.

 

Words alone can not equal assault. If Zimmerman pulled his weapon out, pointed it at Martin and then said something like "You're going nowhere" that can be assault.
