No, pretty far from black lol

I had more scarring around the actual cut from where the sutures were (look like little white dots).

To my knowledge isn't that the reason they started using that glue alternative in ERs now?

Yes, an EMT saw him. EMT's don't suture. He refused to see a doctor or mid-level provider until (at least) the following day. You can't force someone to see a doctor.

Again, no stitches means nothing. The lacs are what they are. Trauma. He also had a broken nose and 2 black eyes. Martin, had abrasions to his knuckles. Going by this evidence, who was getting beat and who wasn't? I, for one, would have handled this very differently in that I wouldn't have allowed this thug to sucker punch me or get me to the ground.. However, GZ seems like a pudgy, weak person and couldn't defend himself or stop TM from putting him on his back.

But life-threatening trauma? Not at all.

Why was he a thug? Sounds like you've had your mind made up on this one already.

Again, nobody is debating Martin got the better of him, but what matters is who initiated the contact. lol @ suckerpunched too. Must of been the invisible bushes he was in.

Glue is used on smaller type lacs. Glue, like stitches, is used to lessen scarring and lessen the chance of infection. Glue may leave a neater scar than you get from suturing, but not much a difference is noticed. a lot of providers will use glue after they suture to help keep infection at bay.

Anytime you have head/facial injuries it's considered life threatening. Hell, I've seen many people die due to either one punch knock-outs or from having the back of their head hit concrete. And some of those dead people had no broken bones or lacs to the back of their head even.

I've deemed Tayvon Martin a thug based off of many things. He was suspended from school for the 3rd time. That's why he was at his father's house. His cell phone had pictures of him holding a pistol, growing weed, smoking weed, and texts talking about he fights a lot. In other words...a little punk thug.

Now, does he deserve to die for any of those things? Of course not. And again, if I were in GZ's spot that night TM wouldn't be dead. he may have had his punk *** beaten, but he'd be alive.

Invisible bushes? Have you watched the walk through? GZ claims that TM confronted him and asked, "Do you have a problem?" GZ then says that he turned and said, "I don't have a problem" and then looked down to get his phone...at which time TM sucker punched him in the face.

Yes and those people probably had concussions and brain damage which Zim did not, no?

    Fair enough.

I haven't heard that story yet. The one I heard was Zim said he lost TM by some alleyway then he jumped out from behind some bushes.

And that too, is incorrect. It matters not who initiated first contact.

For example: If I punch TM, or attempt to punch him, and then he hits me and I fall down, it's illegal for TM to get on top of me and keep beating on me or slam my head onto the concrete. Even if I threw the first punch, in this scenario, I have a right to stop TM and if I feel like my life is in danger or I fear serious bodily harm may happen to me, I can use deadly force.

But TM could say the exact same thing. If I were TM I could also justify beating GZ punk ***.

So really all TM did is what you would of done to TM.

They died due to intracranial hemorrhage. We were not able to test them for a concussion because they were dead. It's possible that GZ had a concussion, but because he didn't seek medical attention right away we don't know. Again though, this doesn't take away from the fact that GZ had face and head trauma.

There were no bushes. I think you read where RickyBobby said something about bushes...he was wrong.

No. I wouldn't get on top of TM and keep beating him and/or slamming his head onto the sidewalk. If I hit TM, and he fell, that would be it.

Would you continue to beat him if you couldn't physically stop him from pulling a gun?

Your question is nonsensical. Remember, Martin had already "got away". TM ran and GZ lost sight of him. TM was about 50 yards from his home. He decided to confront GZ instead of going home...At least this is what the evidence proves to me. TM punched GZ, knocked him to the ground, got on top of him, hit him some more and banged GZ's head onto a sidewalk all before a gun was seen. And this is from an eye witness account...

I believe there is a lot of room for other things to have happened whether there was an eye witness or not.

I really have no dog in that fight. I believe both are at fault as to what happened.

TM's age most likely worked against him, given a young mans "bullet-proof" mentality and some older guy who has an unrealistic idea of his own importance in the world.

I agree. Like I've said, I would have handled this situation a lot differently than GZ did. TM would not be dead if I were in GZ's shoes. However, this doesn't mean GZ is guilty of murder. From the evidence I've read to date there is good reason to believe that GZ felt as if he was in danger of either great bodily harm or death. And if that's true, deadly force was justified. Again though, I think GZ felt this way because he is a pudgy, weak, coward who got in over his head.

so did tm jump out or say ask if gz had a problem?

This issue I have I is that gz stories are too inconsistent and he often can't remember important things.

now keep in mind gz keeps referencing when he reached for his cellphone in hos front pocket(which he admits wasn't in his front pocket) that tm then jumped him.

What if gz was reaching for his gun, would it then be okay for tm to attack out of fear for his life?

I have a problem with the location of the scene, it not exactly on the way to his truck. Did tm drag him over there? If gz fell back as he claims then wouldnt he be outside the T in the pathway?

I think TM felt the same way.
Both got in over their heads

#1-GZ not following the dispatchers advice.
#2-If TM really did lose GZ in the dark he would of known it and it should have stayed that way.

    A perfect and deadly storm.

WHat advice did the dispatcher give to Zimmerman? I heard the dispatcher ask him if he was following TM. GZ said yes and dispatch said, "You don't need to do that." GZ replied, "OK", and on the audio it sounds as if he stopped walking. The wind lessened etc...

That's almost 3 hours of video. I don't have that much time. lol...And I never proclaimed everything GZ said was the truth. However, mixing up some details about when you were attacked (if that happened) and had to shoot someone is probably more common than not.

It's down to this. Someone you can't handle starts a fight with you. (No one saw it, so no one can deny Zimmerman's version, in which Martin was the initial physical aggressor). At a certain point, he's beating you senseless. He's broken your nose and given you two shiners, and he's sitting on top of you beating you in the face. No indication that he's going to stop. He's not asking you whether you've had enough or getting off you; he just keeps on hitting you. Is it reasonable for you to think he's going to do you great bodily harm at that point?

Unless you can say it isn't reasonable, Zimmerman walks. You can't convict him of being a cop-fantasizing wussy A-hole who bit off a lot more than he could chew.

That's not advice. That's a statement. Advice would be worded: "Hey, I advise you stop following him." or "Hey, I recommend that you stop following him."

He was advised. Dispatcher did not have authority but you can't say he wasn't advised because gz himself in the walkthrough stated that he stopped following after that statement. He was advised to stop, and by his own word, said "okay" and stopped.

The funeral director said he didn't and that he didn't even have marks on his knuckles. A coroner didn't look at him because there was no case, which has always been part of the problem.

There must have been some kind of medical examination to determine cause of death. Always a medical report no?

    Colorado Dolfan ...dirty drownin' man?

Not typically. Simply because of my experience working in call centers, I could get a job as a 911 dispatcher... No title.

Edit: To be completely fair, this is in Colorado. Other states may be completely different...
