That actually is my concern in all of this, community watch is a valuable process I'd hate to see people put off from caring about what happens in their neighborhood after all of this.

Or it could suggest that he actually got the guy responsible for all of the break ins.

    In NC..absolutely.

Open Carry is the law in more States then people realize.

I don't mind it as 99% of the time those who open carry know what they are doing.

I dont want to live anywhere where open carry is the norm, many times people DON'T know what they are doing....like GZ if people in America believe the an example of smart carrying practices are to tuck his firearm in the waistband and not in a multi-level holster, then I hope they are more diligent on who they hand these licenses out too...

99% eh there is no way to prove that Pads....

GZs friend testified that he had told him that TM grabbed GZs holster?

Have you visited anywhere where Open Carry is legal? I don't have any stats for it but in the areas I've been to (AZ, for one) it sure seems to me that there is less crime when dudes are carrying around Desert Eagles on their hip.

Yes I have been in every state except Alaska....and some of the people can barely speak english nevermind properly carry a firearm....

Just because it is easy to get and carry one, doesn't mean you are safe with it....

I'm not suggesting that people are safe. I do believe that crime is lower than it would be in those areas.

If we're going to fabricate stuff out of thin air based on nothing, then I say GZ was the one who was breaking into houses.

Wish more of you damn Yankees had that attitude...:P

TBH, those who do open carry have a need to do so, such as Cabbies, for obvious reasons, or Hunters, once again for obvious reasons.

The folks I've met who do are usually Vets or men in their 60's who have been doing so their entire lives.

Try and snatch their pistol and you will be shot..point blank..they are not the sort of drunk poser types of people who slap on a pistol to "prove" how tough they are..they also have the best whiskey..sometimes non tax paid..;D

More lies. Zimmerman clearly states that he stumbled upon being hit and even tries to get away and push TM away from him. I can see that you've failed to watch the walk through just as you've failed to look at any evidence. The 3mm "arrow", as you call it, is TM's body. It's not an arrow. It's a drawn figure, to scale. It's drawn to scale like everything else in that drawing. It is 3mm long. It is 11mm from the sidewalk to the body. Since TM was 5'11" tall..well, again, i did the math for you. It's elementary level math. It wasn't hard. With all of the pictures and other evidence (that I provided BTW) it seems that TM's body was a little less than 20' from the "T".

    http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-505263_162-57457640/zimmerman-walks-through-fatal-fight-in-new-video/

1:00 mark of the video shows GZ stating that he stumbled and tried to push TM off of him. It also shows GZ take about 5-8 steps, starting at the "T", and in that few steps he's nearly at the first water meter cover. TM's body was just past that 1st water meter cover.

I fail to understand how in that video GZs story literally claims the he shot and the fight ended like 10-15 feet down the walkway tops. Yet photos show his body further down IMO.

Pay effing attention, I did not claim to watch that video, you stop now with you're lying bull****, its getting old. I watched the video he gave IN THE POLICE DEPT. Link Scroll down, its the second video on the left hand side. Let's see if you're man enough to apologize for yet another lie you've said about me.

It is damn close to 30. I've actually proven it, by showing you that the units themselves are at a minimum 15ft across. You're trying to tell me that a grainy photo of a drawing shows a tiny mark is precisely accurate enough for you to measure from your screen and extrapolate the distances used every else...you're the one lying or you so effing delusional you need to take a minute and seek help.

The problem for GZ at this point is that his entire defense is based on his word. All it takes is one or two instances of him being exposed as not telling the truth, and his credibility with the jurors could be shot. A potential instances may have occured:

Now that on its face doesn't mean he is guilty of murder. But it could potentially harm his credibility. And at this point his credibility is his main defense.

I don't take his word as gospel. He is the only witness and his story makes sense.

I will do a 180 in a heartbeat if something significant comes to light that proves GZ was out to make trouble. An no, I don't consider a person with a legal gun running after a possible thief a person looking for trouble....especially under these circumstances.

And its the NW's job to report suspicious activity and that's it. Wait for the cops. Dont take matters into your own hands.
That's it. It would have been the end of it.
Well maybe we would be hearing how Trayvon was racially profiled and we wouldhave debated that for about a week(which happened anyway)

In the video GZ is about 10' from where TM's body was found. Do you think it's not possible that he doesn't know the exact spot he was at when TM mounted him and beat him? TM's body was not 30+ ft from the "T". Every picture that has been shown, including the to scale illustration, put his body at about 20' from the "T". And ~20' is not an impossible distance to travel when a person is sucker punched, stumbling around, and trying to get someone away and off of them.

GZ had called the cops multiple, multiple times over many different things and yet houses were still being robbed. Young kids robbing, vandalizing, breaking into houses and then escaping. Think that would get old?

He wasn't a possible thief. He was just walking and GZ thought he was suspicious. It also doesn't matter if you think its wrong or not, it is assault by definition.

Think that would make the head of NWP (who has a history of violent behavior and wasn't allowed to be a cop) become increasingly overzealous?

You've failed to research, watch nearly any of the videos, or even look at most of the evidence presented. You have proven nothing. In fact, your entire premise is baseless, factless, and just plain ignorant. The evidence BEST supports that TM's body was about 20' from the "T".

Well, there is evidence that suggests that TM was a thief. (I guess you failed to read about the conspiracy at his school that I posted also?) There was even a slim jim found at the crime scene. A burglary tool that cops said are used to break into cars/homes. Now, this doesn't PROVE that TM was robbing homes that night. However, there is nothing that proves he wasn't, at the very least, casing homes that night.

I think if GZ was "violent" he wouldn't have called the cops at all. He sure as hell wouldn't have called the cops 40 some odd times, without incident, prior to the night TM was killed.

So, you're not going to be man enough to admit you lied about me? i'm shocked.

I've researched plenty, but just because I haven't bought into your ample bull **** from concrete slab size, to the 3mm, to your original assertion it was 10 ft, to not knowing what constitutes assault, to you saying I said the body was moved and even saying I claimed to have watched a video even though I didn't.....its just an increasingly common occurrence for you to lie, lie, lie, get proved wrong and you lacking the testicular fortitude to admit it.

The evidence, shows its closer to 30. The evidence shows GZ admitted he went down after the punch. The evidence shows GZ committed assault. The evidence shows TM was standing his ground.

I don't give two s****, 3 f**** or 12 damns what you think, his record with the law says he's violent. His record shows him to be a worse person than TM's shows about him. You ignore it, because you're still operating under the horse **** lie that you're open minded and that you're not sure GZ is guilty or innocent.
