If you're Italian and you go to Italy you will come back with truly insufferable pride. ;-)

I've found, when it comes to Americans of Italian decent the people most like we pretend we are, are Hawaiians and the people we are most actually like are the Jersey Shore d-bags.

Tell me about it. I'm about ready to drive to that neighborhood with a tape measure so these 2 would STFU about how far away from the T his Trayvon's body was.

No need to. I already proved, within a foot or two, how far his body was from the "T". ;)

Well, if you ever get the chance jump on it. Rome, without a doubt, is the greatest city I've ever been to. The people, sights, food, culture, history...no other city in the world has what Rome has.

However, be careful, there are a lot of "religious" types there and we all know how much you hate them. lol... J/K

And if you ever get to go, make sure you visit St. Peter's. Amazing...

I didn't watch the 3 straight hours of video that you posted. Everything I've talked about in this thread I've researched or seen evidence that supports my opinions.

My opinion is that GZ is a little man who is soft and weak. I dono't think he's the type of person who would confront anyone, much less anyone who looked like this:

I think GZ got some courage because A) he was on the phone with dispatch and B) TM ran off. I don't think GZ ever intened on having any contact, verbal or physical, with TM. The 40+ phone calls he made the previous 18-24 months about suspicious people in his neighborhood, without one instance of an altercation etc, is proof enough for me.

right, you have your opinion and find facts that support it. There is 5 mins at the end of a video I asked you to watch that give a detailed timeline and a possible scenario. Trying to give u a different POV.

For the most part I agree with u

A person walking in bewteen homes, in the rain, at night, looking into windows, by any reasonable person, could be thought of as a possible thief.

No, I've seen evidence and come to my conclussions. When I first heard about this case my wife and I both were angry as hell. The media portrayed a completely different scenario, but we thought they were being accurate and wanted this Zimmerman guy to fry.

However, after more and more evidence came out, my opinions changed.

It's been said the rain was lite and off and on.

So now you can only walk around neighborhood during a sunny day?

I don't understand why gz didn't ask tm whats up when he "circled his car"

Read again what I wrote, comprehend it this time, and ask a question.

I clearly stated that as more evidence came out I changed my opinion. This clearly refutes this idiotic post of yours.

Because GZ was scared. Why did GZ wait until TM ran before he got out of his car? I mean, GZ was so angry and all in vigilante mode, right? Was it you or FinD who used that word? GZ was just looking to put a cap in a black ***, right? So why wait until TM runs away? Lol

Honest question, why do you think he looks scary? He's a 6ft 155lb teenager.

This is why I hate Internet arguing, so much gets misconstrued without tone.

    Yes, I used vigilante.

He only got out bc tm went somewhere gz couldn't drive to.

What you are describing would be 1st degree murder.

And how scared could gz of been to follow him. Why not announce youself to tm, he was on the phone with police and he had a gun, what's he afraid of?

I never thought I said he looked scary. I said I'm sure GZ thought he looked scary. However, in this picture he looks bigger than 150lbs.

I still stand by my reasoning...GZ had reported at least 40 other suspicious people and not once was there a report that he confronted any of them. Not once.

TM was already out of sight before GZ got out of his truck. Who would he announce himself to? Should he have just started screaming his head off, "Hey, I'm George Zimmerman, Neighborhood Watch Captain! Come out with your hands up!" ??

I still don't understand. IF GZ is out looking to be confrontational, like some have said he was, why did he wait until TM had already ran before he got out of his truck? Hell, a person looking to be confrontational would have jumped out of their car BEFORE calling the police and BEFORE the person they wanted to confront ran.

No, he said tm circled his truck, why didn't he say something. Instead he rolled up his window.

Also, if he had his window down doesn't that say it wasn't raining that much. Part of the reason gz said he was suspicious was bc it was raining, well OT obviously wasn't rainy that hard.

I don't think he initially set out to kill tm. Again, what u are describing is 1st degree murder, that's not what we are debating.

He was charged with resisting an officer without violence and then that was waived when he entered an alcohol education program. So he was drunk and 20yrs old.

Accounts indicate he shoved an undercover officer who was questioning a friend for alleged underage drinking at an Orange County bar.

  30. Except he has never testified to that under oath.

Why do you try and dispute what I wrote by proving more what I wrote. lol

Why did GZ roll up his window if he wanted confrontation? (BTW, I've never read anything where GZ rolled up his window. It was raining and I assumed he had it rolled up the entire time. Do you have a link or something that talks about him rolling up his window?)

Did you see the video of TM at the 7/11? Did you see the part where the other 3 guys walked in and were telling the cashier that they needed to get out of the rain. Then one of the guys takes off his cap and shakes the water out of his hair? Did you see any of that? It was raining. Nobody, other than than you, has questioned the fact that it was raining.

More Justright lies. (<----Isn't that how I'm supposed to start this?)

    http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2012/03/27/10894561-zimmerman-accused-of-domestic-violence-fighting-with-a-police-officer?lite

So drunk 20 yr old that commits violence against cops should be given the benefit of the doubt, but a 17 yr old kid walking home from the store is suspicious enough to call the cops on and be chased. Awesome.

  35. :sidelol:

  36. Can we get a drawing to scale showing how far apart the rain drops were before deciding if he should of rolled up his window or not?

In 2005 Zimmerman obtained a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend. I guess she has a history of violence too?

As for the molestation...please...the witness said she was 6 when it started. GZ is 2 years older than her.

Florida Circuit Judge Debra Nelson has declared a number of items off-limits for now to jurors who will decide if Zimmerman, 29, is guilty of second-degree murder in shooting death of Martin, 17.
    They include:

    • A photo in which Martin shows his gold teeth to the camera while sticking up his middle fingers.
    • Martin’s school records, which include a suspension from his Miami high school -- less than a month before his altercation with Zimmerman – for possessing a baggie with marijuana residue.
    • Texts and photos from Martin’s cellphone that refer to or show firearms. "U gotta gun?" reads a text from Martin's phone, sent eight days before his death. The defense cited a photo of a hand holding a gun, taken with Martin’s phone, and another picture of a gun on a bed.
    • Texts with marijuana references, and photos that show Martin blowing smoke and what appear to be marijuana plants.
    • Texts and video that suggest that Martin was involved in organized fights.

    IJS..

I don't agree with the last ruling. A propensity to fight is probative of who was the aggressor. When life in prison is at stake, I don't think it's unfairly prejudicial for the jury to hear about it.
