Oh, silly me. What's wrong, IMO you are acting somewhat angry and you might have violent tendencies, bro.

He didn't say good or bad, you interpreted that way bc it didn't help you.

Everything has an effect on someone. If you had to guess without prior knowledge which person was on which drug, what would u pick...the kid walking in the rain,is he stoned or on adderall, now what about the guy following the kid walking in the rain, which is he on.

Relavant points would more properly what Zimmerman's level of adderal was in his blood stream at the time this happened.

This is yet another reason why trial by media and opinion is so dangerous.

For example, could it not also be said then that Martitn attacked Zimmerman b/c he did not like white guys?

Point to the phone conversation, and see..ahh..now it all makes sense!

    How easy!

So you were illegally prescribed the adderall or YOU think your Dr. made an error in prescribing it? errors do happen mind you.

My home owners insurance company said i couldn't be covered if I owned a boxer. So...yeah. Are you implying that an insurance company knows medicine better than a doctor or the law better than a lawyer?

The phone convo shows GZ to be pretty calm. Adderall is typically taken in the morning. And unless he was just prescribed it the effects, other than maybe insomnia, are worn off in about 6 hrs. The insomnia affects are sometimes bad in the beginning.

TM was proven to be a racist when he called GZ a "cracka". Right? ;)

Martin not liking white people is not nearly as strong of a motive as apprehending someone you believe to be committing a crime. The motivation for GZ to assault TM is clear and obvious. The most damning piece of evidence against GZ is the 911 call where he basically says he's not going to let TM get away.

Yes he did. Any reasonable person with half a brain understood what he meant by the adderall vs pot in regards to who would likely kill if on one or the other.

I guess you didn't understand the post.

Other than the 46 other instances where GZ never confronted anyone. Or the fact that he sat in his truck, calmly called the police, and talked to dispatch for a few minutes while watching TM. Why not get out of your truck sooner? Maybe even before you called the cops? Why wait until TM runs away before you get out? Was GZ confident in his athletic abilities that he could outrun TM?

I'm saying that people on amphetamines are at a higher risk of violent crime.

And my doctor was fooled, he didn't make a mistake. Its real easy to convince a doctor that you have ADD.

Again, not someone who is on adderall and NEEDS it. And do you have any studies that link higher crime rates to adderall?

Your Dr. seems like an idiot. And so now you're saying that you know how people act on adderall because you illegally took some? You didn't need it, right?

According to the media and the FBI. The FBI tracks all crime by race. You're either Asian, black, or white. Whites have hispanic crime absorbed into their stats to make things a little more even. lol... J/K...about the latter part. The FBI really doesn't seperate hispanic from whites in regards to crime stats.

Just as easy to say Martin was a racist who mistook Zimmerman for white and attacked him.

I don't particularly believe that of course, which is why I look at the evidence at the time of the confrontation and points to Zimmerman's version of events unless he is some genius level liar who made up the story on the spot and was fortunate enough to have the evidence break his way.

Keep in mind, he stuck to his story when the officer tried to bluff him about the video camera.

Nonsense! conjecture, anecdotal evidence, and mom's of the victim are the only thing that matters here! And race...can't forget about race. How dare a white man defend kill a black man. Even if the former is hispanic and was defending himself.

My doctor at the time wasn't an idiot. Most likely just greedy. He makes less if he doesn't prescribe drugs.

The fact that you need amphetamines to control your mental state at the age of 30 is even more damaging than if he was taking them recreationally. GZ is a perfect example of the dangers of allowing anyone to own a firearm.

You're not making any sense. So you really didn't fool him like you said? You instead took advantage of his greediness by him prescribing you meds so he can make LESS money?

Ummm...no. Having ADD/ADHD at 28 (not 30) is not more damaging than being a felon.

Not just anyone can own a handgun.

edit: I thought you wrote he makes less if he does prescribe drugs.

This whole genius thing about the story is overblown. He knew all he had to do is show that he was in fear for his life. It's really not that hard.
    1) tm jumped him from the dark
    2) tm got on top and attacked him
3 tm reached for him gun
    4) I was in fear for my life

He really doesn't have a story, he says he was walking back to his truck and then he can't remember but somehow they got to the ground, bla bla bla.

I do think gz was the one screaming but I think he was screaming for help to hold tm. Maybe tm was trying to get away then punched gz and that is when the yelps staryedvand he pulled out his gun.

I'm just saying anything is possible because gz has waffled on what I feel are important issue:

    - how did they end up so far from the T if tm punched then pushed or something, as gz has described. Wouldn't this naturally have them the opposite side of the T, wouldn't gz fall back?

    - i don't feel his injuries show the type of attack gz has claimed. If he was getting slammed into the sidewalk I think his head would look worse. He only has 2 cuts and no scrapes and a bloodily nose. Alternatively, I do not feel martins hands look like he was slamming somenes head into the concrete.

The only thing gz Would have to make up is to say that he was attacked and tm went for his gun, that's it...don't really have to be a genius. He know all this from school and CCP.

Thing with me is I just can't believe him on those very issues when we know that gz got out of his truck and started running after tm, after he saw him running.

Not so much, b/c he could not know if there were other witnesses around and what they saw, he could not know if Martin had suffered the type of injuries that a fist fight started by Zimmerman had on him, could not even know Martin was dead for certain.

The one thing Zimmerman said that does trouble me is nothing about the fight, as stuff like that is not unusual "felt like he hit me X number of times".

What does trouble me is one the Lt was bluffing him about a video camera Zimmerman said:

"I wish there were a video camera that I did not know about that caught the whole thing"

The "that I did not know about" strikes me as an odd thing to say

Well, for that defense all that would matter is that Martin thought Zimmerman was white, whether he was or not.

If one wishes to look into an eye opening stat, check out the "Who" is charged with "hate crimes".

It's not what one may think on the surface, personally I never bought into the concept as crime is crime, the motivation doesn't matter save for Matlock plots.

Right, and you understand why you are being followed. I don't think thats analogous to being followed by someone and having no clue why it is happening.

It's different but the same. Shooting architectural photos in the middle of the day or night shouldn't cause people to be confrontational, but it has. Walking down the street shouldn't cause someone to become confrontational. But it has. How you respond often times determines the outcome.

For instance, I worked late one night and was walking home around 7 PM. It wasn't late, wasn't particularly dark. But that didn't stop some (assurmedly) crazy dude from following me for a mile. Me eventually ran at me screaming and shoved me before he ran off into the night.

To this day I have no idea what was going on with him, but we're both still alive. I could've thrown down or gone for my knife. Once he put hands on me I probably had a right to do either, but why would I? What's to be gained by escalating the situation? I simply observed a dude following me and kept my eye on him. No need to confront him about it, just keep an eye on him, and if he attacks do what I gotta do to defend myself. But the act of following me alone isn't enough for me to act out against him.

Not saying TM did confront him, or initiate contact, but the state hasn't proven GZ's version is inaccurate. Somehow the confrontation got physical. Up until that point both GZ and TM had a right to do what they were doing.

Does anyone feel this animation should be let in?

I don't think so but if I was the state I might be fine with it.nit shows the different locations, and to me doesn't seem plausible.

If it just graphically and accurately depicts what a witness has already testified to, and it's been timely disclosed to opposing counsel, it's demonstrative evidence just like a graph or a drawing, and comes in the same way. If it's generated by a computer program that takes numbers and uses formulas to generate a recreation of how, for example, an accident must have occurred, it's substantive evidence and its admissibility depends on the scientific or mathematical principles underlying the creation of the animation. This animation sounds like just demonstrative evidence.

Granted, the DA offered their view of the evidence, the Defense also should be allowed to offer their version of the same evidence as long as the underlyng facts are the same.

INOW, the Defense cannot say space aliens actually shot Trayvon then offer the planet xenon's position at the time of incident

To me, I probably would not have offered that as it merely reminds the jury of the underlying charge in a graphic manner..ie..a 17 yr old died.

so, did the defense call a toxicologist or not? I thought TM's toxicology report was being admitted? Didn't the defense need an expert to bring it in, or does that just happen automatically?

  40. Why wouldn't I be serious?

Clear minded people do not assault other people without good reason. Either he was in a drug induced haze that caused him to act violently or he has was a deep seated racist who was looking for an opportunity to strike out violently against a non-black person. Take your pick, either way TM was responsible for him own fatality.
