Armando Salguero @ArmandoSalguero51s So scrimmage is over. Crowd of 22,876. Good nite by Dion Jordan (sack), Kelcie McCray (INT). Tannehill 8 of 11 for 72 yds, 3 TDs. Only 3 icomplete passes by Thill
Jesse Agler @finsjesse 2m UNOFFICIAL WR stats... Bumphis 2/41 McNutt 3/23 Clay 1/24/TD Keller 2/18/TD
Jesse Agler @finsjesse 1m UNOFFICIAL RB stats... Miller 5/12/TD Thomas 4/15 + 9yd TD reception Gray 4/13 + 2 rec for 17 yds
I can confirm. I had him with 3 sacks where he pulled up before hitting the QB still with the ball... Don't know what criteria they use to officially credit, but when he's gunna drill the QB before getting rid of it, I credit a sack...
Jesse Agler @finsjesse 1m UNOFFICIAL defensive stats... Dion Jordan: 2 sacks Vernon: sack/FF McCray: INT/TD (50 yd return) Davis: INT Francis: sack/pass deflected
I think the last few statements is why this guy is so hated down here. Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk 2
Tellin you man, that dude is a tough sob, he does not like to come out of practice, I've seen him go off on trainers and sh&$.
3m Armando Salguero @ArmandoSalguero Joe Philbin did address the crowd after the scrimmage and asked for their support in the season home opener vs. Atlanta. ExpandReplyRetweetFavorite That's awesome that he addressed the crowd, that's what we need, 22, 000 at the gate....fu&$in awesome..
Interested to hear from anyone on Will Davis. Media reports seem to be all over the place, from breaking up passes and interceptions to getting burned. Curious if anyone there had any thoughts/ saw anything other than the interception. Of course the real test will be tackling in a real game situation, so we'll see.
Jesse Agler @finsjesse 4m Apologies, missed Gillislee in my unofficial RB stats...6 carries for 21 yards + 2 catches for 22. Also fumbled.
#Xomar Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 38s Despite all the touchdowns from Ryan Tannehill, the defense dominated the scrimmage. It was a sack fest. So many I couldn't count.
Isn't the article he's writing most likely about the phins? And he's admitting he's not paying attention, which his inaccurate tweets already confirmed.
One of his strengths is ball security, his placement and running style with the ball in his hands were excellent in college, I wouldn't worry to much..
hopefully... but it won't help his short term chances of getting to #2 on the depth chart before the season opener.
Adam Beasley @AdamHBeasley21s No official explanation given for Mike Wallace's absence tonight. We've been told to ask Wednesday, which is the next availability.
I'm starting to see why everyone hates Omar Kelly so much. I've always been kinda indifferent on him but he comes across like a wannabe defensive player. He always talks about how he has a "defensive mentality", what the hell does that even mean?
One of our own said that if the play was allowed to continue Jordan would of crushed Ryan, unofficial sack was against Martin.
Yep. Dion's first play in the scrimmage was in a 4pt stance off the right edge and went right around Martin on an outside speed rush. Used his hands well to knock away Martin's and turn the corner. Looked easy for him. Didn't know whether to be excited for him or terrified for Martin lol.
That is what I was thinking, then again Wake and Porter and JT used to beat Jake Long in practices. Great news about Jordan though, bookended with Wake and Vernon playing better.
I'm just looking for a fair advantage..if we show up on time and it's packed it will at least be fair..we'll never have a three point advantage in that building...but it's all good, I'm proud of our fans tonite.
He's a freestyler Pods, his technique will take time, but there's something about his game I don't think should be tamed..just let him loose baby..
