RG Lance Louis runs w/1st team. Amazing. Maybe there's progress. Team in shorts & shoulder pads. Not full contact.

I don't really disagree, but if that's the plan why not just come out and say so at the press conference?

Nothing like squirting out the hole after being stopped by Soliai.

    Omar Kelly ‏@OmarKelly 20s
Paul Soliai stops Lamar Miller for a loss during 11-on -11. Next play Miller squirts out the hole for 3 or 4 yards.

Good to hear he's improving on that. The first day was really rough on him in that regard. Between that and getting that pretty sack on Martin with a double handed rip move he was working on with the coaches after practice the day before... it seems like he is being really coachable and is quickly trying/applying the things taught to him.

I'm obviously drawing large conclusions off 2 small things w/o much behind the scenes knowledge... but it's seems promising?

    (Wife is getting dressed, lol.)

For the simple reason that coaches like to give the illusion that no one player is more important to the team. It's rhetoric they always try to preach, especially in a sport when injuries are so common and they need players to step up in an injured players place and the team not to stop believing in themselves if a player that's deemed "critical" goes down.

It's just not a message coaches like to send... even though its the reality.

    Justu opinion anyway...

I wouldn't be surprised if both Wallace and Hartline sit on Sunday night and One of Tyms/McNutt/Fuller gets the start (maybe two if we got three wide) alongside Gibson. Need to see how these young guys handle true pressure.
