Owen Daniels Drew Brees Philip Rivers Lamar Miller For Aaron Rodgers I figured I would ask here, not sure if it is worth it and don't usually trade much in fantasy football just started like 2 years ago so would appreciate input.
If I had Rodgers I would probably do it depending on my running back situation. If I had 3 solid backs and a solid backup that would really be the only scenario where I wouldnt or if it were a keeper league. Brees is probably the 2nd best fantasy QB while Rivers is a fantasy backup. Daniels is a matchup TE, i.e. if you dont have a top 4 or 5 te youre playing te's' based on matchups.
Here i forgot would help to post what I have currently have. Aaron Rodgers Ben Rothlisberger Frank Gore David Wilson Mark Ingram Darren Sproles Calvin Johnson Jermicheal Finely Danny Amendola Miles Austin Anquan Boldin Brian Hartline David Akers Seattle Defenese
edit- Actually I don't think you need that deal. You have a pretty solid team. You could use Miller but I think the amount of cuts you need to make might be difficult and may offset the advantage.
Considering Drew Brees was a better fantasy QB than ANYONE last year I'd take it happily insert L. miller in your lineup have a more consistent option at TE, then try and pawn Rivers off on a QB starved team.
Yeah I'd take that trade. Lamar Miller looks like a 1200/8 RB. Brees and Rodgers should post similar numbers. The rest is icing on the cake.
Brees and Miller alone is worth Rodgers. However, there is absolutely no reason to carry 3 QBs on your roster in fantasy unless you're going for a very specific strategy that you're not. Having Rivers will only clutter your roster. Try to get him to throw in a different 4th guy.
I would take it without question, Though maybe you should re-offer Rodgers for Brees and Miller so you dont have to drop so many players.
Did it first thing this morning, I was able to clear room and going to see if I can trade off one of my qb's to get a another solid peice.
Ya I had Brees last year and won my league so I was definitely interested but still learning to be good at it so always good to get some input. Plus I wanted Miller it may be the homer in me but I think he could be a great RB to have around. Potentially one of my top.
