Looked nasty, and he immediately dropped the ball and grabbed the knee and could not walk to the sideline. Sad shat.
Tannehill looked sharp. Real sharp. Wallace three grabs... 16, a deep one for 33, and the TD from 9 out. DT has looked good too. Grimes with an INT
Martin Rucker and Randy McMichael are also free agent tight ends at the moment... just throwing that out there.
Swearinger is a piece of ****... No need for a hit like that... In a preseason game. Fvck him and I hope the NFL looks at that play. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
Offense - shaky start. penalties. Smauda missing blocks. - third and fourth series, start to click. Tanny nice passes, hit wallace on good one for chunk, then again for short TD. - final series was all daniel Thomas. running very impressively today. Defense - Dominant to start. OV held or would have had sack. Wake with sack. stuffed their run decently. sniffed out their screens. - Will Davis burned a few times in coverage. - 2's wilted against Houston 1's initially, gave up 1st TD - 1st string D barely played before getting pulled out. Coaches must be satisfied. Special Teams - Thigpen, Gillislee, Bumphis all with chances. No one with a big return Coaches - some sloppy execution and penalties early. Settled down in 2nd qtr.
Yeah definitely. Direct hit on the knee like that, all sorts of damage. The knee looked immediately swollen as he was being carted.
Turned it back on in time to see the DT runs. Not bad. Looking at the stats it still seems were not seeing much for Miller. We need to see more work for him.
I dont recall seeing him getting much work at all really, seemed mostly DT tonight. I'm watching a stream though, and watching it pretty distracted...
Miller didn't look too strong, he played early on and DT took over. DT looked stronger tonight by far.
http://www.projectsmallblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/deadwood_3.jpg Take your anger out on this dude. And yes, I know the names are spelled differently
Don't know if BPK mentioned it, one of the first plays of the game on the opening drive was a grimes int.
Ugh McNutt with a drop again. I'm watching on a stream now. Hooked up to my 55". Don't know what people say..but this *cough*free*cough* stream is very strong.
Well, I saw something in the first half of this game that I've never seen before. They pulled the first team defense midway thru a drive... and then put them back in there on the next drive, on third down after the second string guys had been out there.. pretty much every first team guy except Grimes. Our first team O scored their initial touchdown against their first team D... Tannehill hooked up nicely to Wallace on two throws... Their first team O scored on our second team D (after our first team D failed to stop them on third down). They got their second td on our second team D.. Will Davis was beaten a few times so far. Our second TD was against the Texans second D with our first team o... after the keller injury... same drive.. it was sort of affirmation of them being out there... they'd better score on that drive!! The big negative for the Dolphins first teamers was Samuda... everyone else has looked average to very good depending on who you want to single out. I think Thomas has actually outplayed Miller at RB.
You know, I wasn't up on DT at all the first 2 games, but he looked very strong tonight. Quick, Strong, and playing to his potential as a good all-around back.
