Seriously, when you are constantly getting up and asking your QB what you need to ****ing do, then you really should not be starting. Hell he really should not be on any team.

Oh and is he actively trying to get T-hill killed?

I guess we were so worried about Martin(who has played very well the past two weeks) that we forgot to worry about the RG position.

He is a young player and he's versatile. He has plenty of work to do but I don't know why you'd say he doesn't belong on any roster. I think he could eventually be a nice player. He played like crap tonight but hey, it happens.

I do agree that he shouldn't be starting right now, though.

I don't believe that's what he's doing. He's getting some kind of snap count information and tapping Pouncey on the thigh before the snap. It's being relayed from Tannehill to Samuda to Pouncey.

    He sucks *** though.

Of course as the game went on, he was playing against the second and third string players of the Texans. I'm sure he is a good guy. He just isn't a starting caliber offensive lineman in the NFL. In fact I don't even think he should make the team if Jerry and Louis can come back from their injuries.

The fact Samunda is even playing says all I need to know about Dallas Thomas. It appears Thomas was just another wasted draft pick.

You mean the fact that Thomas was playing at tackle? It's pretty obvious they want him as a tackle prospect. If you want to blame him, maybe at least make it reasonable.

@Josh_YM_Samuda: 2 bad plays in 1 half and I'm a terrible player. People know nothing about football. If i was drafted everyone would just brush it off #SMH

@Josh_YM_Samuda: Stop trying to be a Guru's and come put yourself in my shoes and see how you do. Sorry you cant. Goodnight

Might not love his attitude but he's absolutely right.

No offense to the OP but the guy is turning around because he's getting the snap count not asking Tannehill what to do. That's the kind of (super obvious) thing you should know before you go mouthing off about how Samuda sucks. He had a few bad moments vs Smith and Watt, a good player and one of the best Dlinemen in the league. He also destroyed Brian Cushing on the first play of the game and have several other good plays.

iI'm anxiously waiting for Jerry to replace Samuda so I understand the angst, but a little objectivity would be nice.

His attitude is fine, Twitter is the problem. If you're a young player who can't tune out from what people say on Twitter (and biting will invite more trolling comments) then you should seriously consider deleting your account.

I've no problem with that attitude, he's probably got a **** load of trolls messaging him right now.

Samuda did have a rough game but he was up against Antonio Smith who is a very good player.

Well, Thomas is a left side guy, not a RG/RT, at least that's where he appears to be more comfortable and better. That is not an indication that he's worse than Samuda though...

It's obvious he's not a starting RG or OL at this time. We'll have to see how he matures and grows into the position after another offseason, but to throw him off the team at this point, despite his poor play, isn't very smart...

I'm starting to lose confidence in Louis altogether... Maybe I'm under the impression his recovery should be further along or maybe he had some sort of set back, I don't know, but I expected him back in the lineup by now ??

And he'll win on some plays and lose on some plays, same as everyone else. What he needs to do is keep working to minimize his mistakes. He came from a lower level of competition at UMass, he is a little raw, but he is strong as fvck and has some talent.

Samuda is actually fine at center (where he played some in the 2nd half).. guard is where he has his problems, he has zero lateral agility. NONE. I bet the coaches like seeing him in practice when he goes up against Vaughn Martin, while playing guard. He probably looks all pro. He can probably handle himself against Paul Soliai as well. I'm sure Odrick would eat him for lunch.

Samuda was kind of a barometer of the entire offense. Slow starting, but appeared to get a little better. Not saying starting material, but certainly worth keeping on roster.
