I would tend to doubt Marcus Thigpen gets cut. The first punt was on Nolan Carroll. Thigpen made a mistake on the 2nd one by trying to cut back to the middle of the field (that may have been a designed return, to be fair), but I don't think that's cut-worthy. The amount of OVERreaction in this thread is crazy.

 

Brent Grimes is getting abused.

 

I guess we found out why Thigpen was used sparingly as a PR.

 

...because they clearly need the practice in game conditions. Similar reason behind all the running plays when we were in the red zone, its about getting good work and helping the evaluation of players. Thigpen has had a rough preseason.

Yeah you would think with Phins going 7-9 and Bucs going 7-9 last season and Bucs putting more than 100pts more on Offense than us last season with Saints and Falcons in their division we would be steamrolling that "trash". Shame on the Phins.

Watching online through gamepass, they just switched to the Tampa feed. Guessing they didn't like Moore and Griese either.

You do realize that even though they "game planned" for this game, it's nowhere near the amount of what they'd do for an actual game, right?

 

I'm more worried about his efficiency. He's completed 7 passes and missed only 4. He just hasn't done anything with those completions. YPA of 5.0 just is not good enough.

 

Thus far?. Absolutely horrid.

 

A touchdown drive here would result in a lot of forgiveness.

 

Means nothing to me. Dress rehearsal looking worse than the other PS games is a problem.
