    Yes? No?

With how miserable Clay looked last night, I don't see how he couldn't be an upgrade?

Not sure why we didn't see more of Egnew last night.

He was open on a play or two and Tanny didn't throw him the rock.

Shiancoe is done except as a blocker. His mobility is shot

Ya... 33 years of age now... Doesn't fit our young theme.

For a 1 year stop gap, dont think that age matters if he could improve our team

Not so sure he could these days. His best year was 09 wasn't it?

I haven't watched him lately, but I read he was cut b/c he was done. The description was that he was cut b/c his tank was closer to E than Dallas Clark's.

I'd way rather we stick with what we have

If Miami's going to pickup someone else, I think I'd want someone like D.J. Williams if he shakes loose from Green Bay. He's more akin to Dustin Keller than Shiancoe. Plus, he might at least be familiar scheme wise to some of what Miami runs currently.

They'll probably need to cut Jake Stoneburner if they keep Williams. I'd consider him even though he's an unheralded rookie.

I like Stoneburner. He was underused at Ohio State due to the QBs he had, Pryor and Miller. He's interesting as well. A little bit like Egnew IMO, maybe not as athletic, but a more accomplished blocker, if that makes sense.

Off topic, but Kenny Phillips was released by Philadelphia today. If Miami is looking for S depth; that's not a bad option.

NY Giants S Stevie Brown tore his ACL; they might want Phillips back.

The Ravens have about as many problems at tight end as we do. If they didn't find a use for him I'm guessing there's not much left in the tank.
